"we had a suite on the 13th floor. the suite is here two rooms with magnificent views over Wurzburg to the east and west (the outside sides are completely glazed). the hotel is about 15 minutes to walk to the center. the system is modern, all completely new and clean, air conditioned, therefore no windows to open. there was a screen in the sleeping area as well as in the living area. the two chairs in the living area were uncomfortable. the two were quite narrow. the bathroom had a shower and was clean and appropriate. near the sea is a tank and an amerik. restaurant (dinner). the breakfast buffet in the hotel for 12€ was very rich, tasty and reasonable. parking for the car in the garage. the in-house restaurant is recommended. friendly staff overall. internet per wlan free in the room available. the gym in the building can be used for free and is equipped with good equipment and clean."

normal hotel with very good location and therefore somewhat more expensive, but otherwise completely satisfactory.

Our room was nice and clean; the size of the room was probably not that small, but the shape of the hotel (an ellipse) made the room very elongated and felt a bit small. Location is a 5 -10 minute walk away from the train station and city center in an industrial area without much of a nightlife. Breakfast was good, but I would not say it was 18 EUR good (witch is what they charged us per person). Service: 4 Ver carta

Clean and modern Nothing you could fault, but nothing inspiring to love I didnt get to use the rooftop bar, which does look special). 5 minutes walk to the start of the nicest bits of the city, 10 minutes from the station. The staff were very friendly, so the 4* rating on service is for the self check in which is painful using a German formatted keyboard on the screen. I'll go again if the price is still attractive. In total it is a good stay concerning value for money. The rooms are okay, with some odd design choices like focus on indirect lighting and a lightbulb without any cover as a bed light better don't look at it directly. The close proximity to the city is good and the intercontinental breakfast ist also decent and offers reasonable choice. For the underground parking garage really tight parking spots.
