a bari, it is known, you eat an excellent fish. by now in the capital of bari I have turned several restaurants, but I had never been from giannino, always preferring the premises of the center. the first time here was very good: the hospitality and elegance of the room allowed us to spend a beautiful evening, seasoned by excellent raw dishes, excellent before and a choice of high-level wines. the price is not low, but it is worth it.

5 stars are not enough to describe this exclusive restaurant and the excellent quality of food. Fresh fish and menus with refined flavors and to taste up to the last bite, the courses stuffed in a refined and in just quantity, excellent wine and elegant and attentive service; all this makes the meal here a moment of special pleasure. Restaurant with excellent quality fish. In the menu dishes a little elaborate with various spices that probably hide the freshness of the fish. Giannino the entire family are offering the quintessential experience from the delicious food to the service (including special recommendations on other restaurants you should try during your stay in the region! and the overall atmosphere. You will definitely feel at home! The food is simply excellent but don't forget to save some room for desserts, they are incredible Angelo will tell you everything about them! also unexpected surprise when they let us try one of their special cocktails... so nice! Absolutely stunning restaurant with beautiful food. Delicious chef starter which included octopus, shrimp plus a lemon ricotta dish which were so good. We then had the mushroom pasta which was creamy and sprinkled with lovely fresh herbs mouthwatering. We could have happily said goodnight after this but we had ordered one fish main to share the manager didn’t take us literally and served us up two fish (one each) which cost €38 with nothing else on the plate compared to the rest of the meal this was a bit disappointing as they lacked any flavour... all in all an excellent place apart from the most expensive tiny bit of white fish I have ever been served up.
