Posto accogliente proprietaria gentilissima... ottima cucina e perfetta cottura della carne... lo consiglio vivamente...

Piatti di carne d'asporto davvero ottimi! Consigliate le salsicce e le bombette che mi sono sembrate di buona qualità. La prossima volta proverò la costata. Una nota di merito va anche alla presentazione fatta del locale di nuova gestione.

Complimenti alla signora Filomena e a tutto il suo staff per l'accoglienza, il buon cibo e per tutto ciò che si può desiderare quando si esce a mangiare fuori. A great find in Matera. A excellent selection of meat to choose from, all displayed at the front of the restaurant. We had a very large rib eye, which is cut to the size that you would like and we could not resist the grilled chicken wings . The meat was quality and cooked perfectly. A very welcoming place.

Posto fantastico, abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Un luogo accogliente e ben curato. Il cibo è buonissimo, il piatto tipico è la pignata, buonissimo anche il carpaccio, sinceramente per quanto riguarda la carne c'è davvero l'imbarazzo della scelta. Locale carinissimo, elegante ma informale. La proprietaria, la signora Filomena, ha creato un atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. Il cibo è ottimo e di altissima qualità, preparato con cura e amore… veramente sembra di essere a casa, con piatti tipici della cucina lucana e carne alla brace con ampissima scelta. We got Gianni's info visiting trip advisor while reaching Matera. When arrived, the owner and cooker on the grill was not wearing mask to preserve from Covid-19 nor took our contact info as required by Italian lascia, during this period. Tables were extremely closed each other not having enough security distance. We were alone and as soon as it got crowded we left, after having tested one of the worst meat we ever had. Bye bye, Gianni: we won't see you again.

Ottima braceria dove poter gustare una vasta scelta di carni di eccellente qualità: dal carpaccio con rucola e grana alle costate con e senza osso o all ' agnello. Molto buona la salsiccia e le varie tipologie di 'bombette ', come anche le cipolle cotte 'in purezza '. Locale molto pulito e accogliente. Quando il tempo atmosferico lo permette, si può cenare anche ai tavoli all 'esterno. Consigliato per una cena con la famiglia o tra amici. Cordialità e disponibilità di titolare e collaboratori.

This homely restaurant has the best grill master that I have ever encountered. One chooses your meat from a mouthwatering selection of meats: chicken, lamb, beef and pork. Then he cooks it on a BBQ for you. There are various kekab like meats on sticks. It reminded me of a Brazilian BBQ I once had. He even has little mini sausages rolled up in a circle and pierced with a kebab stick. The most difficult thing to describe is the tastes. It is sublime. There are no overpowering spices or herbs except the Mexicano ones. Everything else was a mini work of art. Some meats were presented with local cheeses. The creativity is out of this world.
