"during a multi-day hiking tour on the red hairdresser my friend and I spent one night here and ate in the restaurant in the evening. the hotel is very well accessible for pedestrians and it is well signposted. it is an idyllic location, right in the heath and around the horses that belong to the hotel, I think are offered plan cars!? We were very friendly and were totally enthusiastic about the room: very generously cut, three large windows, bright and modern with boxspring bed, flat screen TV, large, barrier-free showers with illuminated water drain, so I have never seen before. a sitting corner plus a large table and a fancy tree table, many ways to hang up the laundry and take up things. there was a carafe to welcome with spring water. the bed was super comfortable my friend meant to him personally the mattress was a bit too soft, but I found it super. in the evening we had to have a thirsty country crown, which is a thirsty speciality of Toast with Shinitzel plus mirror, with hunter sauce and I took an American salad plate: mixed leaf salad, carrots and corn, gurke and tomato, on it chicken fillet and Parmesan dressing plus bread. Friend was thrilled when he is a carnivorous plant: . positiw I found that on the map also some vegetarian and vegan dishes were offered, which is not usual any place. it was hot weather, many guests were sitting in the beer garden. we were inside because it was too warm: there was a large room, with panoramic front and the Stummel at the Drink Theke. very originally decorated, old tables with newly exposed table tops, on the walls of all hand interesting and huge selection of drinks or snapshots from the region. everything is accessible. the service was friendly, we were served fast, although it was quite full. Overall I liked it very well there, the combination of super modern and original I found really nice and the sunrise next morning was very nice to see from there. in the surrounding area there is a small visitor tower, plenty of opportunities for hiking, walkers and cyclists to visit and a castle. a way to look at some old farmhouses. Wir haben heute, an der Silberhochzeit meiner Eltern, einen schönen Tag auf der Ginsberger Heide im Restaurant verbracht. Nach dem überaus leckeren Mittagessen, dass zudem noch recht preiswert war, haben wir eine Kutschfahrt unternommen. 1 Stunde war veranschlagt wir waren allerdings unvergessliche 1,5 Stunden unterwegs. Anschließend haben wir bei einer Tasse Kaffee noch Eis und Apfelküchlein genossen. Da die Chefin über den Anlass Bescheid wusste, hätte ich mir noch gewünscht,dass sie meine Eltern zum Anlass gratuliert hätte und der Tisch, wie besprochen, etwas aufwendiger dekoriert worden wäre. Alles in allem ist die Ginsberger Heide sehr empfehlenswert vielleicht könnte auf den ein oder a...
