Service was erratic had to ask for wine list twice, then we ordered only to be told ten minutes later that some of the choices weren’t available. Food good but not great. Wouldn’t repeat.

to dense seating at the cooking table, especially during the covid season, no place at all, shoulder at school, we cannot move at all! and bad service, but the food quality is good! only the food is worth the price.

Food was disappointing: beef was poor quality, badly cooked and cold. Service was spasmodic and staff physically and mentally distant. Wine list was good and reasonably priced. BUT what is this restaurant? It certainly ain’t Japanese.

Very nice restaurant, we will return. A few minor service issues but nothing that didn’t get sorted. Staff were very willing to please. We went early to eat, hence my atmosphere mark, on the right night, I am sure it would be great. Food was very very good.

The reviewers felt that the restaurant was overpriced for an average experience. While the products were high quality, they were prepared in a mediocre manner and came with a hefty price tag. The overall experience did not feel authentic to Japanese cuisine.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was impressed by the delicious food and excellent service. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, and what sets it apart from other similar establishments is the down-to-earth and genuine nature of the staff. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Apart from a rude receptionist with an appalling greeting manner the evening was lovely. Friendly wait staff who were super attentive. The Lady Luck cocktail was fantastic and the food quality is amazing, Kobe beef to die for and tempura lobster 100%! Will definitely come again but the receptionist needs to be replaced and/or trained in manners first.

Had a lovely late dinner here and my girlfriend and I both loved it! Very large selection of Sake and we ordered dishes with premium ingredients from Japan ranging from fatty tuna to sea urchin and A5 Kobe beef, which were all amazing. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere is very casual and relaxed. The price however was just a bit too expensive but for a celebration it is definitely worth it!

The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and extensive experience in Japanese cuisine, but I was extremely disappointed by what I had expected from a high-caliber restaurant. The sushi and maki were noticeably small in size, and while the fish was fresh, the overall quality did not meet my expectations. The kelp used for wrapping the sushi was tough. The staff were professional and the restaurant's location was lovely, but it fell short of being considered a top-rated restaurant, especially considering the prices.
