Had a lovely lunch with a friend today, food was fast, tasty and hot. Keiran was a lovely server and such a pleasure to chat to!

I came here for brunch. Lovely food, but I asked for gluten free bread and was given half as much food as my friends were, I’d finished within two minutes and am still feeling very hungry- not satisfied. For the price, I’d assumed at least some side salad or something?!

Dismal food, over cooked dry chicken. Cold wrap and sad salad, despite saying it was average still charged full price despite having eaten hardly any of the food. Would not reccomend this place. I get rents are high but for £18 after the service charge is added to the bill I’d expect at least a whole chicken breast for my money and one that wasn’t cooked within an inch of its life. Avoid.

Both had the breakfast brunch and to be honest it was terrible, for something which came to just shy of £15 including a coffee the plate was very sparse. One shrilled sausage, one crumpled slice of bacon, few mushrooms, one cheap hash brown and a slice of toast. I opted for pouched eggs, both small and rock hard, pretty much cold too. It was the first time I’d eaten at Giraffe and will be my last. I mentioned my disappointment to the table staff and was told they’d “mention it”. Ver carta

We decided to try this restaurant for breakfast, but we were disappointed with our experience and won't be returning. The prices were high, with £9 for a small breakfast and £12 for a larger portion. The drinks were overpriced at £3.50 for a small size. We were surprised to see a 10% service charge added to our bill, as we believe tipping should be our choice. To make matters worse, we were chased down after leaving because their payment system was faulty, making us feel embarrassed. Overall, our visit was not enjoyable and we will not be coming back.

We ate here after an afternoon of Xmas shopping, I had pre-booked as it was a Saturday before Christmas. We arrived about 20 mins before the booking but were still seated straight away. I ordered the Katsu curry and it was amazing couldn't fault it. Husband ordered the vegan burger and also enjoyed. I gave four stars rather than 5 as husband noticed the vegan options on the menu had reduced (although there were still some options). Not something I noticed myself being a non vegan. If it was me alone I'd give 5 stars. Overall a really enjoyable meal and will definitely visit again.

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered the BBQ Korean chicken. The dish came with three pieces of chicken, but the fries were missing. We only noticed this after we had already left the restaurant and the staff were all too busy to address the issue. I decided to email the headquarters about the missing fries and they acknowledged that the meal was not complete. However, they suggested that I call to get a refund for the fries. I found this suggestion to be insulting and declined. In times like these, good customer service is essential. Mistakes happen, but it's important to make an effort to make things right for the customer. Ver carta
