"When I ordered, I mentioned the 50% discount that was supposed to apply, and the server assured me it would be honored. I placed my order, and while the eckribs were enjoyable, the krabbenburger had an unappealing texture similar to cottage cheese. The strawberry cocktails were bland and tasteless. In fact, I didn’t eat the krabbenburger at all because we were waiting for someone to check on us, but nobody came. When the bill arrived, I brought up the issue with the krabbenburger, and the server removed it from the total. However, as we paid the bill, I noticed that the 50% discount had not been applied. I pointed out their mistake, but they said there was nothing they could do and just stared at me, waiting for me to leave. I will not be returning or recommending this restaurant."

We were placed near the door that brings to the outdoor terrasse. Unfortunately for us, waiters were chatting with the door wide open, and couldn’t care less about keeping our food hot. Pity, because our waitress was great.

the restaurant was really cold, so everyone ate in his moms. there were many employees and those who served us were friendly, but they had to continue trying to get their attention if they need anything. eating was very average.

The food and drinks came really quickly which was great with small children on the table. The duck noodle dish was really bad for £15. Tiny portion and basically a bowl of basic noodles with. some chilli jam sauce and a tiny bit of duck and a garnish of spring onions. The watermelon margherita was really weak and watery. Super noisy as full of families. The service was really good, fast and the manager was apologetic.

I dined here with friends and family over the weekend. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although it was quite busy and noisy, it was the weekend at a popular restaurant in a bustling area, so the noise didn't bother us at all. In fact, the lively atmosphere added to the experience. I've eaten here several times before COVID, and our recent visit did not disappoint. I will definitely eat here again!
