When we have been there, it was easy to choose what to eat. We are Vegetarians / Vegans and there are a lot of dishes available that do not contain meat/fish but fake chicken or tofu. But it is recommended to explain what you don't want to eat, so that they can give you a vegan option or whatever is required.

When I was living in Stuttgart for several months I used to visit this nice stylish restaurant between 2 and 3 times per week. It was always a very beautiful decorated and friendly place. After I moved away from Stuttgart I took the chance to visit the restaurant again and it was catastrophic. The atmosphere has totally changed, the furniture and equipment is in a bad state, the open visible preparation and dishwashing area is not appealing at all. Normally the service in here was very friendly and attentive, now it seemed more like a factory where to feed the people as fast as possible.
