Food over an hour late. Lines are always busy. Manager never there.. won't even offer compensation for food being over hour late!!! I swear to god a manager better ring me about this sorry excuse of a business. Furious!

Looked forward to a Chinese meal while staying in Hexham. The menu here looked great and there was plenty of people inside so we decided to dine here, this was during lunchtime service and we ordered from the main menu. The smell of cigarettes on...

We had the set meal £12:50 2 soft drinks we had had prawns in both meals total bill came to just under £35 which was ok.... it came to the sweet we were told no ice-cream no banana fritters so that left pineapple fritters one out of three is bad we were in the restaurant 15 min after opening..... Disappointed......

The way this takeaway works is simple and very effective. Go to Facebook page for the menu, make your choice and ring up to order, pay over phone or on collection at time chosen. Meals themselves highly desirable full of flavour better still all containers full to the brim. One word of advice is if ordering portion of chips allow one portion between two.... Enjoy. Ver carta

Ate there last night..... absolutely terrible ! Still traumatised by the wasted money for such awful food . No bowls, said they had ran out? Excuse me? . Tiny plates plus a fork and spoon to eat with. Soft noodles were crispy noodles. Serving bowls were like pasta dishes and looked terrible ... I could go on but let's just say if you are thinking of going then don't waste your time or money. Has to be the worst food I've ever had. Reminded me of bad street food .

My partner and I had dinner on Saturday night. I had salt and chilli pepper ribs followed by chicken with crispy seaweed, plus a portion of soft noodles. All of it was really tasty. Washed down with the a bottle of Pinot Grigio. The portions were huge! We couldn't finish ours, and were offered a doggy bag. I thought the service was attentive, but not in your face. I am dismayed by all the negative comments on here. My only negative comment is I didn't like the large TV on the back wall , I thought it made the place feel cheap. I guess it was hooked up to the stereo system.

i visited for the first time a couple weeks ago, food and service was lovely, i was served by a lovely young girl. i enjoyed it that much i decided to go again for a takeaway last night, however service wasn’t as good. when i walked in i was greeted by a young lad with blonde hair and glasses, he seemed nice at first however he got progressively worse throughout my wait for food, his attitude and language towards other staff members and customers was disgusting. he seemed like he did not want to be here and he didn’t greet anyone in a nice manour he stood behind the bar shouting at the manager with his disgusting language being heard by others in the restaurant.
