"This is a fantastic burger joint, although the Gourmet Burger App does not work for take aways at this venue (not when I have gone to use it at time of writing). The venue is very clean and the staff are friendly. I had a ninja burger which had black buns and I was not sure if they had burnt it, but it was supposed be like that and tasted amazing. It can get very busy and providing you don't get positioned on the really small 2 seater table the experience is awesome. (You can ask to move and the staff are very helpful in accommodating you). I would recommend this for all burger lovers and I am still waiting for the take away function on the app which I for one will use."

The service at this restaurant is terrible. I have dined at GBK before, but the staff were extremely rude. Good customer service is essential for any company.

As always, GBK maintained its high standards at the Exeter branch. I am never disappointed when I visit Gourmet Burger Kitchen. The peanut butter milkshakes are especially fantastic!

Got recommended by friends and when we went, it was well worth it. This was thanks to the lovely staff and great customer service we were provided. I have to say though the thin fries were absolutely delightful and I will definitely be returning again soon.

the personal went out of the way to make sure we had a good experience! my man ordered my burger medium and I couldn't eat it so they made me good as soon as possible, I really appreciate it. eating is delicious and good portion size. I would definitely go back!

The burger was really delicious and filling! The atmosphere was vibrant, filled with young people chatting, which made it a pleasant experience. When you arrive, you’re shown to a table, and then you can order your food and drinks from the menu, paying at that point. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend it! The venue is beautiful, and the food is delicious, but the atmosphere leaves something to be desired. I visited only once, so I can't say if this issue is consistent, but it was difficult to focus or relax with soft music playing on one side while loud pop music blared from the kitchen on the other. I appreciate that the chefs want to enjoy their music, but they should consider the experience of the customers, especially with an open kitchen. Additionally, the burgers are served solo, and you have to pay an extra £3-4 for each side dish. My meal, which included a burger, fries, and a Coke, totaled £15.
