Got seated straight away, was quiet for a Sunday evening. Ordered via the app no dramas food hot and tasty. Staff very friendly polite. Would visit again.

The restaurant offers excellent and consistently high-quality food. Their rewards system is great, especially when using the app as it helps bring down the overall price. The service and atmosphere are top-notch.

My friends and I couldn't even go inside the restaurant for Sunday lunch because for some reason the store was still closed. I suggest avoiding this place. They need to hire more professional staff to run this business. Right now, they are doing a terrible job.

Lovely burger bar, it was quite busy for 3 pm in the afternoon Bright and airy staff friendly and helpful but not in your face Burger and the side of onion rings were one of the best we had had Proper thick ice cream milkshakes It was not too expensive for what we had All in all, we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back

What an amazing customer service experience we had on our day out, lovely place however the gent that initially served us, John, was so very lovely and kind because it was Lillie’s birthday. We were then served by a lovely blonde lass who was also lovely. If you’re in Royal Leamington Spa for the day, it’s now definitely the place to eat! The food was delicious too Ver carta

Very welcoming from the moment we walked in the door was greeted by a lovely gent on the bar who advised us to have a seat and the waitress was over straight away to us We ordered on the app which was fast and easy and food never took to long form that Food was absolutely amazing I had my bacon and cheese burger medium and it came perfectly cooked and was one of the best burgers I ever had My colleague Cory had the Korean bbq burger he said it was excellent and he cleared his okay so it was perfect All round amazing visit and the staff are amazing desire a raise 5 stars from the fat guy food review club

Terrible. My family and I went to this restaurant on Saturday night and had a terrible experience. It took a long time to order because the waiter's English was poor, there were three mistakes with our order, and my son was served meat even though we are vegetarian. We had to wait a long time for our food, and even longer for my son's, which made him very upset. To make things worse, the ice cream arrived before our mains. The staff were unapologetic and not very attentive. The food was just okay, but it was overpriced and the portions were small, as mentioned in other reviews. This was our third time at this restaurant and it has been a similar experience each time.

Feeling very dissatisfied after a family lunch here for many reasons: The burgers are the most expensive in the whole of leamington and don’t even include a side. 4x single burgers and 4x soft drinks £60! I don’t mind paying for quality food or ‘gourmet’ as this chain declare themselves as but when your burger arrives and it’s swimming in a plate of oil the bottom bun so wet you have to eat it with a knife and fork that is just unacceptable! You have to serve yourself ordering via an app and they automatically add a tip to your bill cheeky! I think their business model is to simply rob people! I would not recommend visiting here unless you like having your pants pulled down and an upset stom... Ver carta
