We stayed in Hotel Felix during our recent trip to CambridgeWe went to the restaurant for lunch one day and it was far beyond our expectations.

We had an afternoon tea. The staff was so friendly, even we asked in the other room. Because we booked 4:30 slot, very quiet. That's a relaxed time.

Food was good/average and the restaurant could have been a bit cleaner. The waiter was good too and helpful. Slight problem with the bill at the end which was sorted quickly.

Been several times before, but oh, dear. went down hills. Only bistro menu available Souffle was sloppy, main was good, cheese course very minimal. Service bad, friendly, but rather not existent. Too bad.

We come to Graffiti quite often as we live fairly close. Until now we 've enjoyed the experience. Major problem this time was a young waiter who seemed to lack training in what she was supposed to do. I could go into detail but the wine bottle took over 10 mins to arrive and she had clearly not been told to invite a diner to 'taste ' before it was poured for all. New staff training, please!

We had a nice evening in Graffiti. However, we often came much more often, sometimes with friends it was a very popular place in terms of ambience and food, and our “movement to “place when we cool. All that changed when you removed all amazing flower ads and reduced the menu to one that is quite similar to a variety of other Cambridge foods. We will still come occasionally, but for us the place has lost its magic

I had reservations to eat here when my first visit was a disappointment ten years earlier, but I shouldn't have been worried; I was very impressed this time. The service was fast, very polite and inconspicuous; the ambience of the dining room was very pleasant without it too much noise and the temperature was good. The food itself was presented beautifully and did not take too long to arrive. While I did not like the taste of my linguins, this was not a reflection of the food itself, but my not know exactly what I wanted to get. It was perfectly cooked and the portions were more than sufficient. My friend enjoyed her meal very much and I suspect that we will be back in the not too distant fu...
