Absolutely a scandal, dogs are not accepted for an aperitif but they are accepted in the rooms!!!! I was in an isolated living room

Fantastic experience. Ambience was great, food was delicious (got a bit salty for the spinach but all the rest was superb), beef was so tender and the greens tasted fresh. The dessert was the best. It was a nice mix of contrasts chili, sweet, sour but blended very nicely. Ver carta

I unfortunately had the displeasure of staying here with my wife during our honeymoon in September( we left immediately for another hotel our first morning) . The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. We booked a room with a lake view that was not honored at check in and we were only given an option to upgrade to a lake view for $150 extra. The restaurant was certainly not a Michelin star by any means. I urge you DO NOT STAY HERE under any circumstances. Very deceitful place. Wonderful hotel, very beautiful, large rooms, comfortable beds. The staff is welcoming and sincere. Cleaning is thorough and fast. Special thanks to Yulia and all the waiters. We were checked in earlier than expected. When we arrived, everything was already prepared for my children in the room beds, a bathtub with a thermometer for the baby and a trash can for diapers. There was also food and wine prepared for us as a compliment. The hotel provides a card for free travel on public transport. The restaurant is delicious and there is a children's menu, my children devoured it on both cheeks. So much so that we dined three out of four in the hotel restaurant. I stayed in this Hotel one night through a company event. The interior is really beautiful and the rooms very cozy. The staff was always super friendly, kind and helpful. The location right next to the lake is of course excellent. However, as a vegan who had three meals and breakfast here, I must say I was really disappointed in the food. Even though it was previously announced that I was vegan, the vegan options were usually just the normal option with the non-vegan parts removed, with some variations, and severely lacked a source of protein.
