"Pour me faire une surprise, ma fille a choisi le Valentino pour un dîner en famille. Elle est du métier et son instinct (je l'avoue éclairé l'a divinement bien guidé. L'accueil, l'amabilité et le professionnalisme du personnel est d'excellent niveau. L'apéritif avec un champagne remarquable d'équilibre annonce la couleur d'une soirée particulierment réussie. Les poissons dont la cuisson est optimum, judicieusement accompagnés étaient un pur régal ainsi que le vin choisi par la maîtresse de maison (sommelière . Le dessert au chocolat de qualité vient sublimer un menu sans fausse note. En parlant de note, elle n'était pas du tout salée, bien au contraire. Ce restaurant mérite particulièrement de figurer au guide Michelin qui est ma bible."
