Grillzilla - Carta

Grillzilla is my favourite restaurant in Derby. My kids love it, the food is always fresh, hot and taste delicious. Perfect for a break while shopping and they even have a coffee!

I ordered my food to take away while is waiting for my food a little mouse running on a shop floor I cancelled my order and walked across the road to get lunch I have a video which I can’t upload here

Honestly the most incompetent place in Derby to order food from. They mess up the orders constantly, i'm more annoyed at myself for giving them another chance. Food can be nice, if you get what you ordered. Ver carta

I will never go back to this restaurant again. I ordered the chicken sizzlers, but what I got was microwaved chicken tikka with a side salad. The woman at the front seemed more interested in awkwardly flirting with her boss than serving paying customers. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

This was our first time trying food from your restaurant, and we were very disappointed. The chicken was all dripping in fat, which is not very healthy. It seemed like it was taken straight out of the fryer and wrapped immediately, without giving it time for the excess fat to drip off. This experience makes us unsure if we will be dining at your restaurant again.

I had the pleasure of visiting Grillzilla in Derby for the first time last week and I was really impressed. The burgers were absolutely delicious! The patty was juicy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. I also loved the crispy fries and the creamy milkshakes. The service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they made sure that I had a great dining experience. I would definitely recommend Grillzilla to anyone looking for a delicious burger and a great meal overall. 5/5 stars! Ver carta

I visited here as part of a large order and ordered a mixed wrap and peri fries with a Pepsi can as part of a meal which cost £8.49. I was really annoyed as I ordered a Tikka and Doner mix however there was no doner so they just doubled up the chicken tikka without asking if I wanted another meat which was in the offer... however, the chicken tikka was absolutely piled in and is the best in Derby, fact. What a sublime wrap it was beautiful salad, meat and sauce ratio in a beautifully grilled wrap which ensured a clean eat all served with beautiful peri fries. Wow.

I order from here 2 or 3 times a week and never have any problem , but last night my food didn’t arrive and I couldn’t get on to my Uber eats app. I asked the manager for help , and he refused to do anything and laughted in my face and said so , when I told him I’m a regular customer ! Never had so bad customer service in my life , really arrogant man! Can’t even attempt to help his customers and just blames Uber eats for taking my money and not delivering my food, like he doesn’t get paid for the food we eat? Never eating here again gonna try the new burger takeaway in Normanton , looks just as good , and it’s cheaper ! Hopefully will be treated better here too

I ordered a wrap meal, buffalo wings, 2 sets of hot wings, onion rings, and a piece of chicken at this restaurant. Unfortunately, all the food was served cold except for the wrap. The hot wings were overcooked and dry, while the buffalo wings appeared to have been quickly reheated in the microwave with sauce sloppily poured on top. The skin was wrinkled and the sauce was so hot that it spilled out and burned me through my shirt. Additionally, the chips were missing from my order. I used to be a regular customer but it seems like the quality has really declined. When I called to complain, I was passed around from person to person and received no explanation or apology.
