Gone to try again libanese food and it was a nice surprise. High quality with moderate prices, within the French average in summer days. Staff is very polite and kind, take care of you even if you don't speak French. A must if you are in Martigues Ver carta

This restaurant was absolutely fabulous! The food, the location, the staff... everything was to die for. My family and I are on vacation and this place was recommended to us by friends. While this place was 45mins away from where we were staying, it was well worth the drive. Absolutely amazing!

A first in this restaurant for us, and we'll be back! Perfect service, servers are friendly, smiling, helpful, a good mood that is warm in the heart. The dishes are beautiful and good, rich in flavors but not fat, the desserts are to fall on the ground. We had a great time around a beautiful table with good dishes!! Came on a midweek night and it was busy but good atmosphere. Seated quickly and ordered as recommended by staff, food came quickly and was extremely tasty. Very friendly throughout and enjoyable experience, though if I could improve anything perhaps one more waiting staff to speed the service up a little (it took a little while to get the bill for instance but by no means a major issue) Ver carta

Guénat’s is simply incredible in every conceivable aspect!! The food is absolutely delicious and the service is impeccable! The restaurant is located in the center of a square where there is live music at night to listen and enjoy while you eat, which creates an unforgettable atmosphere! The proprietors as well as the staff are kind, generous and genuinely welcoming people. I would definitely return to Guénat’s because the quality of my experience was so memorable!

We have come here as 2 befriended non-French speaking families with several difficult cases (vegetarian, lactose-intolerant and gluten-allergy). This meant that some of the less known dishes needed to be explained or even adapted. The host had been very patient and forthcoming in explaining and advising us on what to take and what not to take, The food came fast (important for the kids) and more importantly was liked by everybody. By the way, the Lebanese wine was tasty, as well. Definitely a thumbs up and a clear recommendation if in the area.
