Very pleasant place on the edge of the river. Guinguette atmosphere, unpretentious cuisine with a fairly extensive menu. Cooking on plancha or wood fire, home fries. Big plates. Smiling, efficient, attentive service. Very reasonable price, ample parking

Carte simple et classique pour une guinguette. C’est le cadre qui en fait le charme. Déjà venu l’an dernier. Bien agencé et abrité. À priori très fréquenté en été, venu plus tôt cette année pour profiter d’une de leur spécialité maison. Bizarre cette note de Tripadvisor alors que les autres sites donnent bien plus que 4 à mon avis plus conforme.

Right alongside the River Ceze and tucked away from the main road after crossing over the bridge, this place has character and ‘the setting’ without question is lovely. It’s ultra casual and a million miles away from being posh ! Think food stalls and pop up dining areas. But the service is ‘up there’ in a really smiley, friendly and attentive way. The menu is limited… The food generally was OK bar the ‘duck something, something’ which when it arrived, was balls of ‘something’ that when each was disentangled, revealed a large stretch of what appeared to be cooked skin .
