the individual walks of our menu were all very well seasoned and aromatic. some fresh crumbles were missing. the glass-wise wee was overpriced, the service was a bit intrusive in a desire to sell more.

it is always a culinary experience, underlined by wonderful ambiente. each visit has suffered so far from manpower service personnel. they are however trying to make small mistakes and longer waiting times with charm good again

the title says everything... but still has to write 100 characters. once I want to book one of the rooms in a good way so that I can enjoy the full program of cooking of the max rosel and the excellent wine card. who doesn't want to repel two times after a high-level customs and lie in the bed? of the kind greeting by the oberkellner and also his professional advice were my wife and I were very much done. the fish soup in the upper price category was excellent. but the sunday roast of my wife (sometimes with sweet and potato puree and my calves have not seen any seasoning. the oberkellner was made aware of this circumstance. he has turned out wordless as if he had not heard this. on a warm Sunday in the juni my man and I took our lunch in the nice purbach under shady platan in an idyllic courtyard. the 4-course menu tasted exquisitely, without a fashionable buckling, but perfectly implemented with selected good products. a single gauze. a wonderful st. laurent rounded off the menu. the service was so perfect that I don't even want to use this thundered understood, it was gastender to complete. such a successful all-round feel package is not often experienced.

„Gut Purbach“ hat einen der schönsten Höfe am Neusiedlersee. Bei gutem Wetter kann man sich einen idyllischen Platz für eine Mahlzeit nicht vorstellen. Heute Abend ist es zu kühl und zu nass, so können wir einen Platz im Gästezimmer nehmen. Es ist voll besetzt und auch zwei größere Gruppen wollen überwacht werden, die ist sicherlich eine Herausforderung für die Küche. Aber unter der souveränen Führung von Hans Peter Leeb meistert sie das auch reibungslos. Der Service folgt nicht. Er ist immer mit Aufmerksamkeit, humorvoll und mit László Gosztoyi hat er den Mann mit einer Gesamtübersicht.
