"This and Hanoi is the same place, or it is the same address when I look. I am not sure why two different names come up. But in order for me to leave a review for Hanoi, I’d have to make a rsv through the fork. We walked in looking for Vietnamese food for lunch. The place is well decorated and the service is good with friendly staff. The food is terrible. We ordered pho, vermicelli, egg roll, and the snail. Pho was very bland and they did not offer hoisin sauce. When I asked for it, they brought out ones that is already mixed with peanut. I appreciate the cooked beans sprout and peppers. No basils. The vermicelli was better than the pho, but it was not made correctly in a Vietnamese style. The egg roll was decent. The stir fry beef with onions mixed into the vermicelli was ok, but not great. The snail was not good, I try to eat a few and then couldn’t do it anymore. The Vietnamese coffee with the milk and the drip was very good. And that was the only part of the meal that is good. It seems many people left good reviews. The food is not authentic Vietnamese, and I was very disappointed."

We really enjoyed our New Year's dinner at Ha Long Bay Vietnamese Restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Delete menu. Great location. The manager took care of our party very gracious and attentive. I would definitely return.

discreet Vietnamese in a country like ours so far back in the knowledge of other kitchens, good dishes, in my opinion they should insist more on the peculiarity of their cuisine, at first sight it seems a normal Chinese. very courteous staff

We stayed nearby and had trouble finding a restaurant for dinner, but were very glad to end up at Ha Long Bay! Great for a quick and easy dinner, service was friendly and the tasteful interior design added to the cosy ambiance. Will come back if I am in the area again! Ver carta

Looking at the reviews I came puzzled, but instead I have to say that I found it all right. I was in vietnam and the pho bo looked pretty authentic, definitely very good. Vietnamese appetizers were also good and also sweet. I would have liked to drink a Vietnamese beer. friendly and fast service. It is a shame that the menu is a bit confused (vietnam, pizza, sushi,) but I think it is because of the proximity to the central station where many people turn with different needs. If you were focusing on Vietnamese, I think you could really do great things. We will definitely come back!

My friend and I were traveling around Europe for 2 weeks when we began to get sick of pasta, pizza and the like and wanted to find some Vietnamese food (we are Vietnamese). We looked up this restaurant in TripAdvisor and decided to give it a try. The food was so delicious, so authentic and best of all the host (I believe he was the owner) was so gracious. We chatted with him and tried a few of specialities he recommended and cooked himself, we ended staying at the restaurant until late that it became unsafe to take the subway back to our hotel. So the host offered to drive us back to our hotel for free! This became one of the highlights of our month long European trip. Must try: cha muc Ha L...

"Visited months ago The label of a vegetarian restaurant absolutely does not correspond to what Joia represents in the Italian gastronomic panorama. We are talking about the maximum expression of haute cuisine, overwhelming ideas, bold and unexpected combinations, exceptional raw materials, all served in an exclusive environment suitable for providing customers with a fantastic experience. Chef Leemann showed up in person to take the order and give his suggestions on the sequence of dishes. The service staff has always proven to be very prepared to answer all our questions or curiosities about the dish itself and this knowledge was not only the heritage of the waiter who brought the dish to our table and described it to us, but of all the staff who, even randomly, we stopped to ask for further explanation! The wine list was excellent from which we chose a Barbera d 'Alba by Bartolo Mascarello. But let 's get to the food. As entrees... and calling them entrees is definitely limiting! We were offered 2 wonderful tastings which unfortunately I cannot remember in their composition, but the first was a cream with carrot and rhubarb served in a mini terracotta vase, while the second appeared like a palette of colors where some fantastic raw materials sauces could be combined manually. My lunch then began with the Cantiam la montanara where, under a soft celery foam, there was a composition of green asparagus, spring onion and truffle on chopped borlotti beans. Fantastic dish, sublime with exceptional aromas!. I then continued with The navel of the world , a wonderfully plated dish where two types of rice are used, one as a base made with asparagus and watercress, and in the center a Venere rice cake finished on top with saffron almond cream . Finally I closed the lunch with a selection of 8 cheeses, some of which were truly exceptional, accompanied by jams/honey. Obviously the bill is in line with the proposal and with the experience. I must say that it was truly a pleasure and an honor."
