One of the best in Dusseldorf. Welcoming service, comfortable surroundings and excellent Chinese food. Colourful menus in German, English and Chinese. Always enjoy Hai Xian.

I had been in China many times and learned the difference between Chinese food in China and German Chinese food. Hai Xian gets served real Chinese quality The place is frequented by Asians which speaks for itself.

I found the personal pleasant and friendly, especially as I eat solo. the food was delicious and after my taste. the food was also given extra; much sweet, flavored and taste. the fried rice is not contaminated as usual. Ver carta

delicious food and attentive service. found that by accicent and what a sound! delicious eating and attentive service. we eat Chinese in Great Britain quite often, but that was really different, although the courses were called the same. very pleasant and highly recommended.

Hai Xian has an excellent lunch menu, in English and German.There has been some redecorating, an elegant floral mural downstairs and the upstairs private dining room has been completely revamped. I had crispy duck, delicious, with wok-smokey noodles Bami Goreng. Restaurant was busy with...business people, Chinese and German and families alike. An elegant dining experience at reasonable prices.

I traveled to almost all Asian countries and lived there. so my knowledge is not limited to pork sweet mad when they go to this restaurant, then please expect excellent food and service. for our Chinese friends and...guests please note that they get authentic Chinese food. you will know what is meant. we liked all the dishes, the dumplings, in garlic and soy sauce, pork, steamed fish and and and. very nice also as appetizers in chili sauce. We were looking for a place to eat not too far from our hotel very late in the night. The only one where there was a table for 5 was this Chinese restaurant. It was rather easy to choose and order even though the waitress...spoke only chinese and broken german and the menu was in chinese. The solution was to call the numbers in german as all the dishes were numerated! The duck brest was delicious!!! A very funny experience! I will onviousely come back again!

Went there to have dinner and to be honnest the service of this place is really poor unless you are chinese. As an example you order food and they bring it to the table. so far so good. After waiting more than 10 min to...see if the waiter finds out that there is no chopsticks or fork on the table and not even a plate i decided to call the waiter. I ask for a fork and chopsticks and replys i need to wait. Are we serious ? I had to wait for more than 10 min to be able to start eating and food was cold. All other tables received their order before me even if they just arrived. This seems very much racist! Staff is definitely not costumer oriented. Food was fine for the price and place looks ni...

My wife and I were shown to a table. Our order was taken fairly promptly the only prompt action of out experience. Our drinks arrived after ten minutes of ordering. Ages later, my soup was delivered. It was getting cold so my wife insisted...that I consume it. As I was finishing, her soup arrived. About half an hour went by. Our small plate of chips was delivered. They had gone cold by the time the fried rice arrived. I asked for the food to be taken away unless all items were to be delivered together, straight away. I was assured that they were on their way.
