I wish they had told us on the phone that the hot tub in the swimming pool was not working. We were very disappointed. I have seen better places and there are bedbugs in the rooms. It would be great if they would take care of this issue. Service: 5

Breakfast was enjoyable, although it was unusual to have to order a fried egg beforehand. We were advised to wait for it to arrive before getting other hot items, but by the time my partner made it through the queue, her egg was cold. That’s something that needs rethinking. In our family room, we found two single beds pushed together under one duvet, as well as an additional single bed. The room was equipped with an iron and ironing board, a fan, a mini heater, a TV, and a kettle with tea and coffee supplies. Shower gel was provided in the bathroom. One drawback was that the floorboards in our room (129) and the corridors were quite squeaky. As for breakfast, the food serving area could use some expansion because only two people can serve themselves at a time. You have to request your choice of eggs, as the buffet only offers scrambled eggs, although there are two toasters available. Breakfast could have some improvement. The scrambled egg had a weird taste. A variety of pastries would be very nice as well. The staff were really nice and friendly, especially Erika, who went extra miles to make our breakfast very lovely and enjoyable. The room was clean and was smelling nice. The gym is great, with plenty of machines, weights, and cardio options. Dinners were very delicious and good portions. Massages were also great and relaxing, staff were very friendly and welcoming, the only tiny thing that could be improved is staff should wait with tidying the room, not doing it while the customer is still there. Was a very pleasant experience overall, the room was a good size, leisure facilities onsite, in hotel restaurant and bar, staff are very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. Rooms: The room was nice enough for the cost. My only gripe was the high dusting could do with being done more often as alot of the picture/tops of door frames and light shades were rather dusty so be aware if you suffer with asthma, the television in the room was old so only live TV no streaming services.
