"I've been a happy moss of hamericas for 2 years. my brother is in milano who is visited from new york. I was really excited to bring him to hamerica to have the positive experience I have eaten there in the last few years. Instead, I was horrified and embarrassed, quite honest, because we were ignored and treated by the manager stefano at the sacco site as a second-class citizen. when we arrived, we were told (by him) that we could sit somewhere. when we chose a table, he told us that we can't sit there because the table was reserved. good enough, completely understandable. then he chose a very small table for me, my brother and my daughter. I thought, okay, don't worry. Maybe it was all available. to the happiness the very nice waitress named sarah has cleaned a bigger table and offered to move us. we sat down for 30 minutes and watched stefano sits several people who came after us and take their order while we totally ignored ourselves as if we were invisible. I even saw sarah that brought the food into the tables while stefano commanded to move him that we were ready to order. I saw him shook his head and pointed to a few that came well after us when he went away to take their order. I thought leaving the restaurant, a terrible review on as many pages as I could find. then I decided against it because sarah was apologetic and extremely nice and friendly. this is the customer service I used to while I was fed in hamerica’s past. before I left, I told stefano that I was very unhappy and disgusting with his treatment and would write a review of our experience. this hamerica' on the via sacco is closest to me, so it's a pity. I'm disappointed and can't see that I've ever visited a hamerica again."
