"Attended here for an afternoon tea with my son nieces and nephews for valentines day.. I had not precooked, however called on the day and they were able to accommodate us which was very lucky. The atmosphere is relaxing with a nice ambience.. but the afternoon tea is one of the best I have had in the West Midlands area. They provide a colourful array of cakes, sandwiches and delicious items to indulge. They also provided a child's version for my son who is 4, he enjoyed it and even ate my scone.. lesson learned eat my scone first... I would definitely go again and tried to do so for mothers day unfortunately left it too late, but I will definetly go again as its a really enjoyable afternoon tea, the staff are courteous with great customer service and the venue it self is nice and quaint on the inside and they have a cute little old telephone box which has been decorated, cute picture moment.. my child did not quit cooperate lol."

Absolutely lovely afternoon here at the Hamiltons. Afternoon tea was superb. So fresh and fancy and yummy. Service was really good..staff were so friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed it. Can't wait to come back to try an evening meal. X

We had a wonderful afternoon tea for our daughter's baby shower. The selection of savory and sweet treats was lovely. We ordered for eight people but had enough for a few more. I would definitely recommend this place for a special occasion.

Went for an afternoon tea as we had a voucher from last Christmas. Was very pleasantly surprised to find we were having a festive afternoon tea. The food was brought out in two parts, the savoury food was gorgeous and very filling, then when the sweet treats were brought out, OMG, beautifully presented and so many, had to take quite a few home. Well worth a visit

My point of contact was Satveer, lovely lady who guided me through afternoon tea delivery. She took all notes abs she asked me occasion and also made some changes on menu as I am not ham or egg fan. As confirmed food was delivered on time and a perfect pretty looking tray. The first thing I noticed was they added “happy anniversary “ on the cupcake and I did not even ask for- absolutely loved it. Then I set it up on my stand and when we had it it was the most delicious afternoon tea we have had. The macaroon was the most amazing it just melted. The savory items were so fresh and tasty.
