"We were visiting the Wyllyotts centre and needed to find somewhere to eat before the show and had a stroll close to the thearte searching for a suitable restaurant, passing the normal McDonald’s, pizza, subway places were pleasantly surprised to find Harrington’s.Not that we were looking for Fish and Chips but they had seating and to looked like a clean and bright place to sit.Well what a pleasant find.Beautiful fish, either battered or GRILLED!Where do you find grilled fish these days in a fish and chip restaurant.My wife had grilled Plaice and thought it was fantastic, I had the scampi, which was battered, nice but I regretted not having grilled fish.I would highly recommend Harrington’s, service was good, tables were clean, and the food was excellent.The restaurant was also licensed.Thank you Harrington’s that made our evening complete (also seeing “The Counterfeit Stones” at the theatre after the meal!"

A little expensive and you have to wait while it's cooked but the best fish and chips I've had for years, will definitely be going back for more.

This is an amazing chippy, I travel a round journey of 60 miles to get my fish and chips from here, everything is cooked fresh and is delicious. Keep up the good work!

By far the best quality fish i have come across for miles around. The chips are crispy. And they do grilled fish of all kinds for those with an allergy Can’t rate them and the staf highly enough Ver carta

we entered the restaurant and it was empty so it was nice and quiet the staff are really nice we got and it was so delicious!!! and then we ordered dessert it was the sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream it was like heaven in my mouth it was amazing defo recommend this restaurant not many people go but the people who don’t go are missing out!!!

Don't waste your money! What an awful representation of a chippy! Sit down to person me at was £50 for a large cod and scampi! A portion of calamari was straight out of the freezer, cold, rubbery and we'll just not fresh for their prices! Chips aren't worth mentioning.... This place used to be nice; maybe it's new ownership but definitely not worth it!
