Excellent service considering the size of our party. Food served hot and no mix ups. Staff were really friendly and helpful

I think they are short staff. Also our food got mixed up. Very hard to get hold of staff because they are serving too many tables.

The service from our waitress was excellent.The salad bar was not well kept and looked dirty, salad dressings were empty, there was no butter and not many rolls. This area should be better supervised.

We have dined at this restaurant several times over the past year, and we have always been pleased with our experience. Occasionally, during school holidays, the dining areas can get quite noisy due to a full house and lively children. However, the staff is consistently helpful and polite.

The service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. One of the plates arrived with the wrong items, and another dish was so burnt that it had to be sent back. This was supposed to be a special celebration for my husband's birthday with our family, and we were quite disappointed. Ver carta

The restaurant was bustling, but the service was excellent. When I requested a refill of the bread basket, it arrived swiftly. Our drinks were served promptly, and we had requested them without ice—something that is often overlooked these days. It was nice to see they followed our request without any issues.

The staff were amazing and tentative throughout our visit they came and let us know that 1 of the starters we ordered was not available so we ordered a different starter. Then the skewers that I ordered was unavailable so I placed a different main meal order the only issue I had was the other two meals came out and they were finished eating and I still hadn’t received my main meal for another 25 minutes after they had finished the staff were very apologetic I will defiantly return in the future

We were really very disappointed, one meal didn't turn up , one meal was burnt and the other 2 meals were cold. The staff did take money off our bill, but it ruined what was supposed to be a nice family evening, The restaurant also had a lot of loud drunk customers which I found intimidating especially with having my children with me, and it was only early afternoon we booked our table. Definitely will not be returning, which is a shame as we have always enjoyed past visits at the restaurant. Annette Ver carta
