Havana's Burgers Shakes

Awesome beef burgers and crispy chips. I always ordered… from havanas.. they are making delicious chicken burgers.

If you don't have water, don't order because the food is extremely salty. The bacon was like plastic, but passable if you're at a gas station. The burger had a good texture but lacked flavor and taste. Overall, not recommended.

I ordered on just eat the chicken burger was good but all the chips we ordered was really poor you could taste that they have been double fried the Havana burger was not what was expect but it has been a few years since we last order Ver carta

I waited 2 hours for our delivery. I rang twice, and after being told the first time that the food was on the way to me, the order was cancelled whilst I was on the phone to the manager. Then the manager hung up on me. Happy New Year to you too

We had ordered from this restaurant before and enjoyed it, so when friends came over for dinner, we decided to order again. All the food was delicious and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice and creaminess. The portions were generous and reasonably priced.

Ordered food at 5pm and still haven’t got it at 6pm . Called to ask where my food is and we get told the delivery driver delivered the food at the wrong house . Awful service . Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here . Georgia Fried Chicken Is better with service and food. Ver carta

I do not recommend eating at this restaurant. I recently ordered a takeaway and was very disappointed. The burger was soggy and burnt, the mushrooms resembled snails, and the chips were stuck together and not crispy. The onions were also not cooked properly, resembling worms. Overall, the food was not enjoyable and I will not be returning.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ODERING HERE.i made an online order and never got my food ,I called the restaurant the following day to follow up on my order but unlucky for me I spoke to a very rude man who clearly didn't care and not only did he curse at me but he couldn't refund my money. Was really disappointed with there service and will definitely NEVER order from here again .

Ordered through Deliveroo at 6:20, estimated arrival was 7. Got to 7:15 so I phoned in and a woman told me it was on the way, while on the phone the delivery status changed to being delivered (obviously changed it whilst I was in the phone). I live 10 minutes away, got to 7:15 and still no food so rang back and the same woman said it’s 5 minutes away and promised that I would get a refund if it wasn’t, saying that it was because of traffic (new years day literally no traffic at all). I waited 10 and phoned back she said 2 minutes, at this point I’m annoyed and said she’s obviously lying and my son goes to bed soon so if it’s not on the way just tell me as I need to sort him something.
