Amazing quality of food as always. They offer traditional food with a contemporary twist at reasonable prices complemented with a great wine list. Very good service as well. Can't wait for our next visit.

I was a guest at a wedding yesterday, plus I delivered and set up the wedding cake. All staff members were brilliantly professional and very helpful. The wedding itself was fabulous, the food was all excellent. Can not recommend it enough!! Thank you for making my friends wedding as amazing as it was.

This restaurant review is for a family and friends' birthday party. The planning and coordination with Matthew were remarkable, and his flexibility and efficiency ensured a stress-free experience. The function room was beautifully set up on the day of the event, and the hot buffet was delicious. The staff were efficient and attentive throughout the day.

Such a lovely place. The food is such high standard with a great wine and drink menu to match. Everyone is so welcoming and so pleasant. Even down to the receptionist who made a point of standing up to say hi as you walk past. Have to say Max is amazing, has been for years! Thanks to him and his brilliant service my mum has now booked her wedding and I can't wait for it! Thank you so much! X

Having celebrated my own wedding here last September, it was so brilliant my daughter decided to book hers here too. She had the absolute perfect day yesterday and I can not say a big enough thank you to all the staff involved they are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend anyone to book your wedding or any other function here as you will not get anything better anywhere else!

I celebrated my high school in the hall yesterday and I am drunk by everything. from beginning to end of the service we received was second to none. the personal is friendly, professional and nothing is too much annoyed. so many guests have come to the amazing food and the excellent staff especially max and ronan. Many thanks for making my day perfect and in any case I will never forget for all the right reasons. Thank you.

I can't find enough superlatives to describe exactly how much we enjoyed our high-time reception here on the 2nd juni. matthew and the staff were efficient, friendly and gracious. it was commented by some of our guests that it was the best time she ever was. the room looked exceptional, eating was just right, in which we could not have had a better day. all stayed in the hotel were most free about the rooms and the service. I'd give you ten stars if I could.

Firstly we go regular to HH with friends and family and always really love it. Boxing Day was rather disappointing! When we booked for a party of 11 we just presumed we would be in the restaurant like we have been before when there is group of us. Instead we were in the function room, had we been told this when booking we would have not booked , it had zero atmosphere, the Christmas decorations were almost non existent apart from awful red bows tied round the chairs

I have visited Healds Restaurant regularly and it is usually very good. We booked the Christmas meal as soon as the menu was released and at £95 per person, we expected much better. Unfortunately, we were placed in the function room which was overly bright and lacked any atmosphere. Our table had to be constantly moved to accommodate others passing through. The service was subpar - no one asked us what we wanted to drink so we had to go to the bar ourselves. They forgot to bring out crackers and only did so halfway through the meal. The liver parfait starter came with only two small pieces of brioche which was not enough. The turkey dish had a tiny portion of mashed potatoes hidden underneat...
