I've dined at this restaurant twice in the past 3 weeks. The food is excellent and the service is very friendly. Everyone in my group thoroughly enjoyed their meals. One of the top restaurants in the area.

Fantastic Had an amazing lunch. Food top quality. Decor very modern. Lovely ambience. Restaurant prices. Prawns to start with with were to die for. Fish was excellent. Main course of salmon and hake. Can't wait to return.

This was the best meal my husband and I have had in a long time! Reasonably priced, good selection of wines and really good food, the cauliflower in particular was so good. The staff were so lovely and the restaurant has been done up really well. Keep up the great work, we will be back!

This restaurant review is for a family and friends' birthday party. The planning and coordination with Matthew were remarkable, and his flexibility and efficiency ensured a stress-free experience. The function room was beautifully set up on the day of the event, and the hot buffet was delicious. The staff were efficient and attentive throughout the day.

Stayed in the hotel for the first time and decided to have an evening meal in the restaurant. Food was fantastic and accompanied by generous portion sizes and advised on which portions to have (I had mussels with sides) and followed by a delicious freshly made crumble and custard. Firstly we go regular to HH with friends and family and always really love it. Boxing Day was rather disappointing! When we booked for a party of 11 we just presumed we would be in the restaurant like we have been before when there is group of us. Instead we were in the function room, had we been told this when booking we would have not booked , it had zero atmosphere, the Christmas decorations were almost non existent apart from awful red bows tied round the chairs

I was recommended by a work colleague, who stays here whilst travelling, to visit and try the food. To my surprise, it was a 10min drive from home and never knew about it. Booked a lovely evening meal for my husband and I to try the amazing looking menu for date night. Easy parking and it seemed quite popular with birthday and wedding parties happening don't be put off by these happening whilst you go for a meal, we didn't see anybody from the parties just noticed balloons and decorations etc (those all seem to be very separate from the restaurant which is great when you want a romantic meal out). I have visited Healds Restaurant regularly and it is usually very good. We booked the Christmas meal as soon as the menu was released and at £95 per person, we expected much better. Unfortunately, we were placed in the function room which was overly bright and lacked any atmosphere. Our table had to be constantly moved to accommodate others passing through. The service was subpar - no one asked us what we wanted to drink so we had to go to the bar ourselves. They forgot to bring out crackers and only did so halfway through the meal. The liver parfait starter came with only two small pieces of brioche which was not enough. The turkey dish had a tiny portion of mashed potatoes hidden underneat... Ver carta
