"beautifully located in green and old mighty trees on the outside seat area. the inner is renovated with a modern touch, but still a rustic environment. as expected, they get a large selection of different beers from a local brewery, frastanzer. the ones we tried had a distinctive taste. the dishes on the menu offer a lot of meat-heavy but also vegan and vegetarian options. we tried the cordon bleu and the vegetarian rösti, both were big and very well made. the personal was friendly, fast and very attentive. if they have the option, I would recommend to sit in the beautiful garden."

"Wir hatten uns zu diesjährigen Weihnachtsfeier für die Novler Stube entschieden, extra eine Band zur Unterhaltung organisiert. Das Essen wurde im Schnelldurchlauf serviert, war mittelmässig. Wir wurden bei der Reservierung nicht darauf hingewiesen, das das Lokal um 23 Uhr schließt, so mussten wir unsere Musikprogram abkürzen und entäuscht die Feier beenden. Ich bin der Meinung, das man uns dieses bei der Reservierung sagen hätte müssen. Wir können dss Lokal nicht weiterempfehlen und werden sicher nicht wieder kommen."

"We should have known that this restaurant was not the greatest option when we came for the first time beginning December 2014. We ordered a fish dish with mushroom risotto, instead and without pre-warning we got a too long cooked pumpkin risotto that frankly could...not be considered as risotto anymore. OK they did not count one of the two dishes but the damage was done. We came back for the 31st December lacking other options all good options were already fully booked , for the new-year's eve menue. 7 dishes in total without wine 75Euro. It was not worth that money! They announced that the 1st dish was going to be served by 7.30pm, we were there 45 min. in advance to have a first drink, they did not have the idea to give a piece of bread, we had to ask for it. First dish was then served at 7.52pm, 3 sushis, some acceptable time frame later came a soup strange link and then ONE big ravioli stuffed with meat, very delicious but really not enough in quantity. They then brought a sorbet with champagne to make a break before the main dish which was of course not necessary given the fact we were still starving! . The main dish was finally served at 10pm!! Veal meat, very nicely cooked but could have come along with some fresh vegetables instead of 3 different purées potato, pumpkin and peas , we felt like they adapted the dish to the average client +60 years , probably those appreciated the easy to chew dishes. Lousy over-the-table service. Remark: all clients got the same menue so they could have planned the time in a better way. We skipped the second desert since it was 11pm and we were just tired looking at events in this restaurant. When we paid the bill the owner asked how it was, when I said good quality of the food but service too long, she said that you cannot serve 7 dishes in a short time. We spent 4 hours there and were bored, a long time hungry and really not well served. For sure we will not come back nor could recommend this place!"

"Ich und ein paar Freunde haben heute versucht bei euch zu bestellen. Es sollte ein entspannter Abend werden der dann leider in einem disaster endete. Wir haben um 19 Uhr bestellt und waren dann auch sehr geduldig da es laut mjam geheißen hat das wir 40 Minuten warten müssen. Nach 1.5 Stunden war uns der Hunger dann ins Gesicht geschrieben und die Laune schon ziemlich im Keller. Wir haben uns entschieden dann bei rafaello selber anzurufen um uns dann sagen zu lassen der Fahrer sei schon unterwegs.. Was wir zuerst auch geglaubt haben. (hier handelt es sich um ein wahres Ereignis) nach weiterem warten und 30 Minuten schlechterer Laune nahmen wir allen mut zusammen und nahmen noch einmal das Telefon zur Hand. Diesmal wurde uns gesagt das Essen sei noch im Restaurant.. Richtig gelesen im Restaurant.. Als wir dann fragten wie das Essen vor 30 minuten am weg sein konnte und jetzt wieder im Restaurant liegt würden wir zuerst angeschrien und danach hieß es wir sollen doch anderswo bestellen dann wurde vom Chef persönlich aufgelegt.<br><br>Das war noch nicht alles denn als wir dann schon zur Pizzeria fahren wollten um unser Essen nach 2 Stunden selber abzuholen bekamen wir den erleichternden Anruf das unser Essen jetzt vor der Türe steht. Wir bekamen weder Entschuldigung noch einen Preisnachlass aber dafür extra Fleisch in einem von meinem Vegetarier Freund veggie Gericht. Danke für garnix"
