"We should have known that this restaurant was not the greatest option when we came for the first time beginning December 2014. We ordered a fish dish with mushroom risotto, instead and without pre-warning we got a too long cooked pumpkin risotto that frankly could...not be considered as risotto anymore. OK they did not count one of the two dishes but the damage was done. We came back for the 31st December lacking other options all good options were already fully booked , for the new-year's eve menue. 7 dishes in total without wine 75Euro. It was not worth that money! They announced that the 1st dish was going to be served by 7.30pm, we were there 45 min. in advance to have a first drink, they did not have the idea to give a piece of bread, we had to ask for it. First dish was then served at 7.52pm, 3 sushis, some acceptable time frame later came a soup strange link and then ONE big ravioli stuffed with meat, very delicious but really not enough in quantity. They then brought a sorbet with champagne to make a break before the main dish which was of course not necessary given the fact we were still starving! . The main dish was finally served at 10pm!! Veal meat, very nicely cooked but could have come along with some fresh vegetables instead of 3 different purées potato, pumpkin and peas , we felt like they adapted the dish to the average client +60 years , probably those appreciated the easy to chew dishes. Lousy over-the-table service. Remark: all clients got the same menue so they could have planned the time in a better way. We skipped the second desert since it was 11pm and we were just tired looking at events in this restaurant. When we paid the bill the owner asked how it was, when I said good quality of the food but service too long, she said that you cannot serve 7 dishes in a short time. We spent 4 hours there and were bored, a long time hungry and really not well served. For sure we will not come back nor could recommend this place!"

Excellent location overlooking the old market square. Very interesting old wooden building. Excellent ambience. Perfect service english speaking helpful waiter. Excellent food. We couldn't expect more.

This is an Italian Restaurant really worth trying. Friendly staff! The Carciofi al forno with a glass of primitivo is a must. As an Italian I would say this restaurant is a small jewel in the midst of Feldkirch!!

We were 6 people of all ages and different tastes. It was refreshing to see the menu reasonably priced. We were served by polite and knowledgeable staff. The meals were carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. Recommend!

We've been staying one week in Feldkirch and just on our last day we discovered this really amazing restaurant! From the hearty welcome throughout all evening we were treated like kings!!! We will never forget that beautiful time they gave us this is Austria...for us! Thanks too all the very kind staff, we'll be back

We happen to stopover in Feldkirch and found this nice Restaurant in the Historical Town of Feldkirch. The Restaurant has lovely classy old dinning room nicely decorated. We sat next to the windows overlooking the view of the Marktplatz and the castle Schattenburg . We had...a typical Austrian speciality Wienerschnitzel and Tafelspitz.. Our tarta entree was excellent. Service was friendly and had special attention.

Been there for a business dinner. Waiter very kind, helpful, speaking a perfect Italian, always discrete but ready to support in case of need. Selected a very nice grilled seafood plate, cooked at perfection, huge quantity and diverisiy of fishes, squid, etc. Good selection of...grilled vegetables as side dish. Made the mistake to order an appetizer of bruschetta In italy you get just two small slices of bread, here it was a full plate! Just one negative comment: bruschetta does not call for grated cheese on top... this is an Austrian adaptation. Overall a good experience.

Having previously visited Feldkirch and had an excellent meal at Gasthof Lingg, I decided to try again. Since we went during the Oktoberfest season on this occasion, the menu was special for this time period and most of the restaurant was decked out with Bavarian...flags with benches/tables almost like a small tent at Oktoberfest without the bad behaviour : Looking back, it was in one way a bit disappointing they did not offer their normal full menu, but they did have Oktoberfest beer available which was a suprise and the food was still excellent. Very friendly staff. Do not be put off that you have to climb stairs to enter the restaurant (it's situated on the first floor . Highly recommende...
