"Very overpriced, went late at night staff are too young and could clearly tell their shift had taken a toll on them, poor customer service, desert was nice but very small portions and not good value for money. Young English waitress had very bad vibe to her, very unapproachable, was giving many customers dirty looks, which were very uncalled for..you could tell she was ready to go home…overall due to poor customer service satisfactory service 6/10 and I will definitely not be visiting again."

The food at Heavenly Desserts is always top notch especially the Chocolate Fondant. The staff have excellent customer service especially Umar as he always remembers mine and my friends’ orders!

Very high-end deco with nice staff. The desserts are well prepared and their outlook always allure the tongue of nice food eaters. Lastly, the bill comes out is much cheaper than I thought! Will visit again and again

Recommended to everyone, staff are always happy to be serving you. Not sure on what the bad reviews are saying because honestly I think they're lying! Desserts are always served to a good standard and waiting times aren't very long. Staff always going the extra mile, no doubt about that.
