Cozy place to relax. Friendly staff. Boss competent and courteous. Excellent products offered. Large regular customers. Can only be recommended!

We sat at a table outside on a beautiful day. It took a while for us to get our food but we weren't in a hurry, so it wasn't a problem. Food was very good and filling (so we weren't able to order dessert). If service was a bit better I would have given it a 5. I know service in Europe is a bit slower, but this was slower than normal.

Wir waren gestern zum Mittagessen hier und das war perfekt. Das Personal war großartig, gutes Essen.Kam heute zurück, die Kellnerin an den Tischen draußen ist absolut unhöflich.Ich habe gestern mit Kreditkarte bezahlt, als ich sie heute bat, mit Kreditkarte zu bezahlen, stieß sie den lautesten Seufzer aus und verschwand einfach.Ich habe 15 Minuten gewartet und immer noch gewartet. I had a fantastic time at Kaffee Heini at Löwenplatz. The service was excellent, the branch manager, Mr. Nick, was extremely friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and welcome. The atmosphere was overall pleasant, although the ambience was a bit old. The seating is too narrow. Nevertheless, the positive aspects outweigh the negatives and I can highly recommend a visit.

Eigentlich wollten wir vorgängig für 5 Personen reservieren. Geht leider nicht aber dennoch haben wir Platz gefunden. Zum Frühstück bestellten wir Heini 's Zmorgenturm mit Brot, Buttergipfel, Schinken, Salami und Käse sowie ein Birchenmüsli. Zum Trinken Café Tee oder Schokolade. Insgesamt Fr. 26.50. Preis ok aber für mich viel zu viel. Ich habe nur die Hälfte gegessen. Tipp: Eine Portion für Zwei! Personal sehr freundlich und aufgestellt.

Four different newspapers (Blick, Luzerner Zeitung, Tagi and NZZ . Delicious lunch menus and a large selection of snacks and cakes in the store. Also a wide selection of different breads.
