Stopped here one rainy evening on the way to Edinburgh, fantastic home cooked grub, good beer, nice management

Went to see Joe Black perform. Very good. Bar service was a bit haphazard, but that's how it always is. Drag acts in the middle of nowhere. A must if you're near. Ver carta

IPA heaven. Expensive but for the connoisseur it's probably worth it as I'm not impressed by their selection of soft drink, no shorts at all. Food was great and the staff were friendly. Definitely didn't float my boat

This is a charming rural pub that boasts an excellent selection of high-quality beers and delicious home-cooked food. Absolutely perfect place to relax on a Xmas New Year break. Dog friendly and our eldest child loved playing shuffle board. Parmos were to die for and we are pretty serious about parmos. This is the kind of place I could have stayed in all day pre kids! Husband enjoyed the selection on tap, I found a good choice of wheat free and non alcoholic beers and we took a few home from the bottle shop as well to enjoy later. Nice touch that we were given little treats for our doggo as well and I loved meeting the owner's rough collie dog who was super friendly! Totally a must visit place if you are in the area. Ver carta
