Hemingway's Heidelberg

the food was mediocre and the service was murky. if they have the opportunity to eat somewhere else, then they take it. the food was very in the middle of the street where they might find something of it. not recommended.

look for a place on the bank outside and enjoy the afternoon sun, watch the passing cyclists and drink them white wine and maybe dinner. good burger, salate and tapas available. one of my favorite places in the last 15 years.

hemingway’s is a great pub at the teasing, perfect for an evening drink or a meal in a summer night. try the flame cake, super thin fladenbrot. the classic with creamy cheese, speckstückchen and caramelized bevelling is hardly to beat! Ver carta

we went through the bar and decided to stop for a quick lunch. the waitress was alone in the restaurant, but despite the laying was very nice. we had hamburger with pommes and they were in order! the place has a beautiful view of the road to the river.

I was attracted by hemingways location with views of the river and the name. but disappointed by eating and service. the service was very inattentive. after a 15-minute waiting time to be recognized in an almost empty local, I wanted to go and wish I had done it. the food was acceptable and could have been very good at good service. I just couldn't have had fun here.

I was there with a friend who, after seeing it for the first time, wanted to go to dinner. I was skeptical. at the beginning the restaurant does not make a good first impression, but I was wrong. burger we ordered were quite delicious and also looked good. the personal was also nice. if you find a nice table, you can enjoy the view of the river and a part of the city. I think I will visit it again at the next trip to heildelberg. Ver carta

we arrive at 18:00 clock and wait in the bar about 15 minutes for a table in free. the menu offers fish, bark, black and a large selection of hamburgers. to see hamburger on German menus is something new for me. we liked the menu - light and saturating, but not hard. recommend this hotel in any case for lunch. also the location has a view of the river from the outside area of the garden - juli and august are warm months in Germany.

I've been here for three years and I'm happy every time. this time I tried a burger and it was really good and as always I got the sweet potato pomers. I always see their lunches and they change every week. keeps the dinge fresh. the beer is always different in my visit, but always a really good choice. this place has an old wooden bar in the inner and a beautiful terrace outside. it is a perfect place to eat or just hang and drink.

a little unfriendly service, too many smoking guests and just ok in front of location. I am sure there are still much better places in heidelberg to drink a cocktail and eat something. we ordered two appetizers, one with olives, the other with speck and brot. we thought we could get a toast point with these top dragons, but you had to assemble it yourself and it was the cheapest brotsorte. deutschland has great brot, but that was of low quality.
