Nice restaurant that also had food for our four-legged friend

We had an excellent meal there, very friendly and attentive staff

The food was excellent. Some of the service could be a little friendlier. But there were those and those Ver carta

Wir waren mit zwei Familien zum Mittagessen im Herberts. Wir haben Waffeln, Apfelstrudel, Fischsuppe, Kürbissuppe und Matjes mit Bratkartoffeln gegessen. Alle Speisen waren sehr lecker, schön angerichtet und frisch. Service war sehr gut. Die Terasse am alten Strom ist sehr schön.

Solide Küche und freundliches Personal. Preise für die Lage gerade noch angemessen. Sehr schneller Service eigentlich fast ein wenig schade, insbesondere wenn man eine Flasche Wein bestellt (war sehr gut) und doch ein wenig sitzen würde (Restaurant war auch leer, daher wäre das kein Problem gewesen).

War seit Jahren immer wieder als Gast da und stets zufrieden. Zuletzt im Sommer 2022 Das war das letzte Mal, weil ein derart lustloses und unaufmerksames Personal habe ich noch nicht erlebt, die hausgemachte Soße bei den Matjes war wässrig, grob beigelegte Zutaten, Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht mehr. Good restaurant with a great view. The restaurant has a large outdoor terrace and a balcony where you can eat and enjoy the view. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. The food is rather average... it lacked some seasoning and the fried potatoes were undercooked. The food was okay, but not a highlight. The waiter who served me was very nice and polite, but he was walking around in old sneakers... hmm... okay... they're supposed to be comfortable, but I didn't think they suited the ambiance. The prices are, like everywhere else in Warnemünde, on the higher end, but you don't really pay attention to that on vacation.

Wir waren während unserem Kurzbesuch in Rostock im Restaurant Herberts in Warnemünde spontan zu Abend essen. Das Restaurant liegt direkt am Strom und verfügt über eine schöne Außenterrasse. Da es abends schon recht kühl wurde, aßen wir im Restaurant, welches auch schön eingerichtet ist. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und nahm sich auch die Zeit, um Fragen zu Gerichten zu beantworten. Wir entschieden uns für den Heilbutt in Eihülle und das Holzfällersteak. Als Vorspeise teilten wir uns das Würzfleisch. Die Gerichte und die Getränke kamen sehr zeitnah. Die Hauptgerichte schmeckten uns sehr gut und die Portionen waren sehr groß. Das „selbstgemachte“ Würzfleisch traf leider nicht ganz unseren... Ver carta
