If it is the best burger place in Frankfurt or not I am not sure, but it is definately one of the bests. Very jucy and well combined burgers. The fries are great too. The service was very quick and was informing us about everything we needed and even gave us some tips. Great place with funny decoration.

If you're looking for a high quality burger with a cool atmosphere, then Heroes is for you. Nicely decorated with references to popular super-heroes, you you have an amazing burger here with your friends. Pity that the inside area is way too small, but fortunately in Summer days there is an outside area where you can sit.

First the most important topic: The burgers are not that awesome as comparing to other good burger restaurants in Frankfurt. What is really outstanding is their service staff, they are really attentive and friendly. I like also the fact that they now introduced craft beer, which is tasty. But for burgers I will rather go somewhere else.

Heroes Burgers used to rate as the second best place for burgers in town for me, but something turned horribly wrong here. During the last visit the food was tasteless, the burger was unnecessarily huge, the bun soggy and of cheap quality. The whole experience was very underwhelming. Unfortunately, the quality is now worse than McDonalds.

We can't comment on the food as we didn't stay to eat. Our reservation was for 9pm but as we would have a delay in arriving we rang and asked if possible to move the booking 10-15minutes. We were told 9.15pm would be available, which was greatly appreciated so we continued on our journey to the restaurant.When we arrived we were told our table had been given to a group of people that just showed up. Had a quick lunch at heroes burgers with my mom. A bit surprised by the quality of the burger considering it's their one and only dish: it was small and overcooked. The way they "set up" their tables (one pile of stuff: menus, napkins and cutlery) as well as the way they "greet" you (from a distance, sitting on a chair) feels very lazy... they have wifi access but only if you let it post to your Facebook (wtf?). I usually don't care and think restaurants should be a place to talk to people vs looking at your phone but for once I urgently needed to send something from my laptop and got highly annoyed by this invasive wifi process... The atmosphere is nice and comfortable, although it is a tiny place, so the ones going without reservations at peak hours be advised. The choice of non-alcoholic drinks is quite diverse and interesting;good value as well. They have matcha mix, which is a mix of cola and tea, spezi--some fanta/sugary carbonated drink I would definitely recommend, some other fruit-flavored carbonated drinks etc. The choice of burgers is very large and interesting. Went here to give my American fiancée a little taste of home on Independence Day. She was blown away! Better burgers than she's ever had back home, according to her, and having tried them, I believe her. This is, incidentally, also the place that taught me that Guacamole (home-made, like all their stuff!) can be delicious rather than bland and boring.
