we arrived at the hotel to stay here and we also decided to have dinner. because it was my birthday (they noticed at checkin), the staff prepared a special table for us, which was very thoughtful. I decided to go for the carving. it was the best I had for years!

we had two days in the row after something wandering in the evening. even though a bit expensive, eating and service were excellent. I also thought in a third time after wandering from feldberg as a coffee and cake again. Everything was good. authentic German food!

we were here with two people to the ski run and are flashed:)the historic house is beautiful and our room was the hammer. beautifully large, furnished with rustic old furniture and great views of the location of the hotel is only a minute away from the parking place ratschert, making it an ideal starting point for hiking and skiing. the personal extremely friendly and courteous.We missed nothing and we will definitely come back Ver carta

at the last beautiful weekend in autumn with the motorcycle in the black forest, and then looking late for a stay is sometimes not so easy. here we were very welcome and have received a little late for eating. clean rooms, a beautiful location and a good and sufficient eating are all that a motorcycle heart desires. we found this. the steak was excellently praised also the weekly fish shell, but fish is not the right one for motor cyclists, but looked very good on the neighboring plate.

we have been there twice since the new opening. both the lift and the rodelbahn are too far from the heart. the denkmalgschützte house was restored last year and looks very beautiful. in the historical part is the restaurant and a few rooms, the remaining rooms are also freshly renovated next to buildings, all accessible by a walk. so also the sauna and the playroom. the rooms are lovingly furnished and they have a lot of space at least our double room was very generous. in the restaurant there are very good food we even eat extra. here is freshly cooked and the very varied, so that for everyone what is there.

the restaurant is located in a very beautiful place in todtnau mountain and has a beautiful view of the surroundings of the restaurant. the building itself is beautiful and appealing. the personal is friendly. we had a carpacio and trout for beginners. the trout was beautiful, the carpacio was pork and a bit thick cut. for the main course we both ordered a carving that was on average: the meat was a bit thick, the crust was crispy and beautifully seasoned, but the carving was accompanied only by riders, no sweet beside a leaf salate, a baby tomato and a disc lemon. a few days before we ate a carving at engels, who had a more fat crust, but with a free salatable and was several euro cheaper....
