There are a few suggestions for improving the accessible room: adjusting the lower mirror to align with the lower sink instead of with the higher one, ensuring water flows from the lower sink, and adding grab bars in the accessible shower.

What a hidden gem in Gainsborough! Our room was absolutely gorgeous, complete with a walk-in shower—perfect for my knees! Plus, it was conveniently located on the ground floor. This restaurant offers a delightful variety of rooms that exude a cozy atmosphere, complemented by a charming selection of cooked breakfasts. The hostess, Dot, is dedicated to making sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Dinner is exquisitely prepared by Robert, who is an exceptional chef. It’s undoubtedly the best dining experience in Gainsborough in terms of both quality and value. Overall, I’d rate the rooms, service, and location all at 5 stars, with the hotel being particularly quiet as a standout feature.

This is a wonderful hotel set in its own private gardens consisting of ten really good sized rooms. We have recently spent 3 nights here and seriously cannot fault a thing! The staff are friendly, very helpful and extremely courteous. Especially a lady called Phillipa....she was amazing! So helpful and polite and really went the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. It was! The owner is also the chef ...the food is of a real very high standard and the menu is varied enough to guarantee there is something that you would eat. Phillipa was fantastic! I originally made a booking through a third party online platform which was all wrong. I contacted the hotel directly and Phillipa was brilliant. All arranged and booked without any issue. On the night I was due to arrive a little after 10:00pm but the check in closes by 9:00pm, but Phillipa waited for me, which was really appreciated. I stayed in the Longbowtham room which was IMMACULATE. Cleaners do a wonderful job. I also liked the apple juice they put in the fridge. Wi-Fi worked great for my work on the laptop while there also. I did not eat in the hotel at all during my stay because I had several plans, but I would have liked to. I spoke to 3 guests and they told... Ver carta
