We went in for breakfast today on a spur of the moment decision, honestly the best breakfast we have ever had, staff amazing, the breakfast was out of this world, we will be back many times now Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was lovely only fault frozen grapes on the cheese board. But the service very poor the staff were pleasant but not enough of them so service was painfully slow. Table wasn’t ready when we arrived for our festive dinner yes it’s Nov but only chance we have to be together) few festive napkins and a cracker didn’t make it special. Wow just wow we had an afternoon tea and it's the nicest one I've ever had. There was three of us and there was absolutely loads .The sandwiches were just beautiful followed by amazing savouries and absolutely fabulous sweets and cakes. We then had a lovely cup of tea. Everything was served in lovely plates and cups. There was that much they even put what we couldn't manage to eat in takeaway boxes for us. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and a big shout out to Stacey whom served us and was so attentive and pleasant. Definitely recommend to everyone and so worthy of 5 stars.

Smart well laid out pub deserving of the description of a gastro pub. We turned up without a booking but the staff worked out a table for us and we're very helpful. Menu gave us a choose of breakfast which then turned into a dinner menu 15 mins after we sat down so we had the best of both worlds. Lots of choice we settled for the breakfast. Steak and eggs for me, veggie for one of our group and two breakfast s one full blown and one slightly smaller. Food was good portions a little smaller than expected but still reasonable. Good atmosphere with groups eating or taking in cocktails from the broad choice in the drinks menu. Will use again as overall great venue. Ver carta
