"Nachdem man die Treppe hochgestiegen ist kommt man in einen gemütlichen Gastraum. Es gibt noch einen Nebenraum. Hier gibt es auch Unterhaltung für die Kinder. Restaurant ist ein urtümlich gemütliches und schwäbisches Lokal. Die Bedienung und die Wirtsleute sind super nett und sehr bemüht um Ihre Gäste. Der Rostbraten war punktgenau medium und Salat sehr lecker. Die Bratkartoffeln die besten, die ich je gegessen habe. 1a!!! Essen war super, der Wirt ist auch immer gut drauf. Nur hier kann auch jeder ungeimpfter Essen und Trinken kommen, es wird nicht kontrolliert.

Der Wirt ist sehr aufmerksam und immer für einen lustigen Spruch zu haben. Das Essen ist gut Bürgerlich und es gibt nichts daran auszusetzen. Man merkt das frisch gekocht wird. Die Soßen zu den Speisen sind perfekt. Wir haben einen tollen Spätnachmittag dort verbracht.

Einfache aber feine gut bürgerliche Gaststätte. Die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung, das Essen hausgemacht. Mein Hunger ist in der Regel Recht groß und die Spätzle waren etwas wenig. Nun ist die nächste Generation am Kochen, was geblieben ist, es schmeckt gut. Heute konnten wir in dem kleinen Biergarten sitzen und das Essen genießen. Für jeden Tag gibt es ein besonderes Tagesessen. Die Salate sind knackig und genau nach meinem Geschmack. Es gibt extra noch Hochprozentiges aus der eigenen Brennerei, Dosenwurst aus eigener Schlachtung, selbstgebackenes Brot und Bratbirnenmost.

Wir hatten die Sülze und Bratkartoffeln für 12,50 Eur und ein Weizenbier für 4 Eur. Die Sülze war gut die Bratkartoffeln auch, aber es war keine große Portion, wir waren danach nicht satt. Das Bier war etwas lack, für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Leider ging es dem Wirt gar nicht gut und es war weder Bedienung noch Küchenhilfe anwesend. Der Wirt hat das beste daraus gemacht und wir wünschen ihm alles Gute.

"At the end of the weekend we wanted to enjoy something. We heard that a pizzeria was opened in the cinema, which can be tested. So we drove over the mountain to Schorndorf.
