"The Hoang Jaa is a bistro directly at the Viktualienmarkt. It advertises with authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Besides, it's a sushi bar. I was after a nice hot Pho tonight. The soup was good, but no highlight compared to other Phos I already had. Chillis and limes were missing, for example, and there were very little coriander in the broth and no other herbs.
