The Hoebridge was a fantastic dinner. The food was inventive and clearly picked with care. Beautiful and intimate setting with a flair of Nordic decor. The staff were lovely, conversational and care free. Well worth the trip from Edinburgh to spent a lovely evening with loved ones.

I had dinner at this restaurant and it was amazing! The price per person was around £60-70, but it was well worth it. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was perfect. The atmosphere and service at this restaurant were excellent. The host went out of his way to make sure all our needs were taken care of, even going so far as to offering a second steak because he wasn't sure the first one was done correctly. Wow! This place is truly amazing. The food was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly. Absolutely fabulous, from start to end. Very friendly and attentive staff with one of the co-owners showing interest and charm whilst running a fantastic front of house. Very chic minimalist interior in whites and greys, with beautiful wild flowers the only adornment other than smart tableware. Food was wonderful, great flavours and interesting combinations, without being too experimental. One of the best places we’ve ever eaten at. Do go! Ver carta
