Our first visit and it won’t be our be our last. The welcome from Craig was lovely and all the staff are very friendly and helpful . The food was amazing very hot and fresh.

Met with my sister and Auntie for lunch. Lovely food, fabulous staff (thanks for the laughs Craig), a great menu and very reasonable prices. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. You don't find tearooms like this very often, it's a little gem

We had a delicious brunch whilst visiting the antiques showroom. Very attentive service, with a personal touch. Although it was busy, we were made to feel welcome and very much at home. Food was hot, very tasty, and arrived quickly. Faultless service, would highly recommend. We will return without a doubt! Ver carta

first visit! but will certainly not be the last! Why have we missed this place? Great food with attentive excellent service. Had the pineapple upside down cake for desert not had this for many years and it made me cry! Stupid I know but since my stroke things come out of the blue and affect me! will be back next week. Don't miss out. I would suggest booking as it is very popular.

It 's ok to have a busy restaurant but to pass that busy-ness on to the customer is unacceptable. At booking, you are given a Slot that includes a leaving time. Not good. On arrival, you are hovered over by the waiter asking if you 'd like a drink, or order. Not good. As soon as you order, the meal arrives. Stil not good. The balance of the meal is unexpectedly Carb Heavy. We felt rushed to the point where questions would be pointless. So. Unsatisfying. This was a good restaurant. I 'm sure that the changes have been forced on the management by prevailing economic catastrophes and it won 't be their fault. But this was disappointing.

Stopped in for an impromptu lunch on Saturday (peak time). The organisation really stood out, being added to a waiting list and able to wonder around the antique shop, then notified with a buzzer when your table is ready- really a lovely touch. Once sat (not long to wait at all), we were seen to straight away. Genuinely the most attentive, swift service I’ve experienced in a long time. I know it’s hard sometimes, especially when a place is as busy* as it was. Everyone around us were fully looked after at all times. *I know the word busy could deter some people, but the team regulated the atmosphere so well; music not too loud, nobody rushing around; so it all felt relaxed and seamless.
