The staff is nice and friendly, quality of food was average, not really impressed, visited with family, they all have the same impression

I struggle finding restaurants which cater for a gluten allergy but Honest Burger was one of the best experiences, clear menu, knowledgable staff and most food available gluten free. The food was incredible, staff knowledge around allergies faultless and a really great experience

Found these guys by accident as was going to see Wizard Of Oz nearby. Friendly service from the employees. Food was nice but had a bit too much spice on the chips which, personally, distracted from them a little bit. That said the burgers we had were incredible and the onion rings were amazing

went looking for food before theatre visit, decided to go slightly off the beaten track, **** tourist , and found this place.... what a find ! Service was outstanding, very friendly too..and the food, oh the food ,, cooked to perfection , excellent value for money !. will deffo visit here again when in town. Highly recommend a visit. Not the most glamorous of surroundings (and London was particularly smelly on this evening) but we stopped off for a pre theatre dinner. Service was fast and honestly accurate. Onion rings were delish, coleslaw was ok. Burgers and chips were pretty good and portion size was good. Downsides whole family was only given knives, no forks, despite have things you couldn’t eat without a fork. No serviettes or salt/pepper offered. Tables sticky. In general pretty good.

Our daughter was recently diagnosed with coeliac disease and this is our first trip since her diagnosis. Honest offers deliciously scrumptious burgers and EVERYTHING is gluten free! They even offer gluten free beer for beer lovers. Our daughter's reaction while eating was priceless for us as parents, something which I am sure parents of coeliac children can understand. THANK YOU Honest for such a great concept, not to mention the cordiality and friendliness of the staff.

Seeing the glowing previous reviews on here, I decided to take my husband here pre-concert at the Palladium. We were not disappointed! From the welcoming greeting, to being offered a choice of two places to sit, the happy atmosphere, the varied menus which were explained in full by the staff, it was awesome! Despite them being busy, we didn't have to wait long for our order to be taken. Actually, within 10 minutes, we had our food. Chips were hot, burger was so fresh and tasty and cooked to perfection. The trip down to the rest rooms took me straight past the kitchen, which was great to see. My husband even went to say thank you for a lovely meal to the kitchen staff afterwards. Happy custom...
