"We stayed at Hostería Moderna, located not very far from the city center, and had an overall pleasant experience. We started with an appetizer of octopus tentacle served on a base of cannellini cream, which delighted us with a perfect harmony of flavors. Next, we tried the spaghettoni alla matriciana, another dish that we loved. However, we were not fully satisfied with the Black Angus picanha. In our imagination, we expected a very tender meat and with a good band of fat, but even though we only ordered one of the two dishes and at a medium point, the meat seemed rather ordinary in flavor. Also, the baked potatoes seemed to have too pronounced a refrigeration flavor. However, we want to highlight the attention to the customer, which was highly appreciated, Vinod and Nicol, the guys who served us, were very attentive and prepared in their work. We thank you and will definitely return to try other dishes."

The best club sandwich I 've ever eaten so far: non-greasy focaccia bread, tasty and well-balanced filling. One of the two waitresses who served me was very good, discreet and kind; I felt the second was a little too present . Beer not welcome, nice place. Advised. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A 5 star restaurant that is worth all the money. The samples with people I ate a sensational beef antipasto with artichokes and parmesan; A selection of several delicious cheeses served with raspberry and orange jam, I think; then the absolutely sensational tagliata di manzo, which I recommend you accompany with a little balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. To all this, a bottle of GioGio red wine and a tiramisu I recommend with all confidence Well done and good luck in the future.
