"We stayed at Hostería Moderna, located not very far from the city center, and had an overall pleasant experience. We started with an appetizer of octopus tentacle served on a base of cannellini cream, which delighted us with a perfect harmony of flavors. Next, we tried the spaghettoni alla matriciana, another dish that we loved. However, we were not fully satisfied with the Black Angus picanha. In our imagination, we expected a very tender meat and with a good band of fat, but even though we only ordered one of the two dishes and at a medium point, the meat seemed rather ordinary in flavor. Also, the baked potatoes seemed to have too pronounced a refrigeration flavor. However, we want to highlight the attention to the customer, which was highly appreciated, Vinod and Nicol, the guys who served us, were very attentive and prepared in their work. We thank you and will definitely return to try other dishes."

"My wife, daughter and I went here during a visit to Treviso. I can only say…it was an amazing experience. The food was just spectacular. We shared two appetizers one was white asparagus with burr at an and egg, the other was roasted octopus. As a main course I had seafood with pasta in a red sauce, which included lobster,shrimp and scampi. The girls both had burrata filled ravioli with scallops. I am salivating remembering the flavors, the freshness and the satisfaction I felt. Dessert was equally spectacular. I had Catalina cream with orange sauce and the girls both had carmelized puff pastry with custard and cacao sauce. The photos tell you what you need to know. Mmm! Excellent professional service as well. Like I said, it was more than a meal — an experience!"

"Mangiato super bene, location molto bella e cameriere gentili. Mi dispiace aver assistito ad un episodio che mi ha fatto rivalutare il locale: la titolare (credo lo fosse) ha ripreso una delle cameriere in maniera veramente cattiva e prepotente. Davanti a noi, più volte, con tono arrogante, mortificando la ragazza. Il locale è improntato molto sull'immagine, ma è importante capire che anche atteggiamenti così ledono la stessa. Più gentilezza per tutti, clienti e colleghi."
