"Although the food was fresh and of very good quality, it wasn't enough to cover for the unacceptable lack of speed and attention of the staff. They all seemed set in their little world of what each and every one of them was supposed to do and not to do. We had 4 waiters look at us many, many, many .... times before finally one decided to come and take the order (at least 15 minutes, it felt like half an hour). The food arrived fairly quickly and was pleasant in presentation and taste. To pay the bill, again, the same ritual!! Another 10 minutes.Are you kidding? And if you're asking, no the place wasn't full (nor was it empty).I can only recommend to go anywhere else but here. Is half an hour of your life wasted like this worth the food? NO!!!"

Hervorragndes Grünkohl Buffet im angnehmen Ambiente dieses historischen Hauses mit gutem Service. Der Ausflug hier her hat sich gelohnt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir kehren immer wieder gern hier ein.Die Speisen haben ein gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis.Ein besuch lohnt sich am Tage wie am Abend.Das Haus ist im Altländer Stiel engerichtet.

Das war alles schon mal viel besser! Die Suppe war eher durchschnittlich, beim Salat wäre etwas mehr Frische von Vorteil gewesen, der Fisch (Kräuterforelle) war etwas lange in der Pfanne/Fritteuse, nur die Dicke Rippe war von gewohnter Qualität.

Wir waren heute zu Gast im Restaurant Altes Land, weil wir gelesen hatten, dass "vergessene Genuesse" (regionale Kueche, traditionell gekocht) versprochen werden und das Haus schon einige Auszeichnungen bekommen hatte. Doch leider fand keine "Geschmacksexplusion" bei uns statt. Vielleicht waren die Erwartungen zu hoch !

A very nice hotel. Especially praiseworthy is the very, very good cuisine at the own hotel restaurant. Daumen high to the chefs: Of course, this good quality of dishes is not for small money/euro. But it's really worth it. : Very recommended.I personally mean the hotel the restaurant.Friendly service. Clean room.Everything was perfect. :

Die Restauration ist gediegen, der Service freundlich, das Essen wurde schnell serviert. Die Rharbarberschorle war mit Eis so gestreckt dass es auch reines Wasser hätte sein können. Der Spargel und der dazu gereichte Schinken waren köstlich, dagegen die Sauce Hollandaise nicht wirklich gut ( aus der Tüte ?), die Kartoffeln leider etwas matschig :-( darum nicht mehr als eine befriedigende Bewertung !

Ein schöner sonniger Tag. Schöner Tisch. Bedienung lustig aber etwas vergesslich. Essen kam relativ schnell und war lecker. Leiderwar das essen meines Mannes lauwarm. Mein Spargel zu wenig. Doch die Sauce zum Spargel war einfach Spitzenklasse. dann hatte ich noch Fisch, der leider in einer laschen Panade steckte. Sollte eigentlich, auf der Haut gebraten sein. Wir denken einfach,da es an diesem Tag sehr gut besucht war, hatten wir diese Fehler. Wir kommen an einem anderen Tag wieder.
