"Wir waren heute, nach etwas längerer Zeit zum 5. Mal bei euch. Das Essen war wie immer Top und das Bier war lecker. Leider war es mit der Bedienung nicht so. Da wir unser Baby dabei hatten, habe ich Sonntag schon einen Tisch für 5 Uhr bestellt und uns wurde draussen ein grosser Tisch links vorm Eingang angeboten. Leider bekamen wir den nun heute Abend nicht. Obwohl draußen noch alles frei war ,wurden wir auf die kleinen Tische verwiesen ,was wir sehr schade fanden. Man kam sich ein wenig fehl am Platze vor , vielleicht passte der Bedienung unsere Nasen nicht, die Wortwahl war manchmal auch nicht passend und etwas hochnäsig. Sehr schade und hat die Atmosphäre das Abends betrübt, zu mal wir , unter anderem , wegen dem Störtebeker nach Dierhagen jedes Jahr fahren. Wir hoffen dass es nächstes Mal wieder anders ist."

"Unfortunately, due to traffic, we arrived at the accommodation in Dierhagen a little later and at 8 p.m. the kitchen closed everywhere. We landed here shortly after 9 p.m. and even though the kitchen was closing, they kindly turned on the stove again and served us a delicious solyanka. We came back the next evening and treated ourselves to a real meal. Our recommendation is the pelmeni. Super nice, attentive staff and great ambience."

"Dierhagen im Oktober, nicht unbedingt ein Quell an Restaurants. Das eine geschlossen, trotz Ankündigung immer geöffnet, das andere gut besucht und mit den Worten "nee hier könnse jetzt nicht rein, und in die Karte schauen, die hängt auch draußen". Somit war diese Restaurant nicht unsere erste Wahl, im Nachhinein allerdings die beste. Freundlich begrüßt, Koch und Kellner saßen friedlich zusammen, hatten wir freie Platzwahl.Die Einrichtung ist typisch maritim und sehr angenehm. Die Speisen waren frisch zubereitet, allerdings kann man gern auch den Verzehr der Vorspeise abwarten, bis die Hauptgerichte kommen.Fazit: zu unrecht befindet sich das Restaurant im Ranking der Restaurants weiter hinten. Angenehme Atmosphäre, frische Speisen und eine freundliche Bedienung schaffen eine tolle Atmosphäre für ein, zwei gemütliche Stunden."

"Wenn man dises Restaurant betritt , wird man sofort sehr freundlich vom Wirt oder einer Servicekraft empfangen. Das strahlt gleich Wohlfühlathmosphähre aus. Man fühlt sich hier willkommen und nicht als Last. Man wird ohne langes warten durch den aufmerksamen Service versorgt. Wir aßen als Vorspeise eine Frühlingssuppe und ein Würzfleisch. Beides sehr lecker.Bei der Hauptspeise entschieden wir uns für das Steak mit Würzfleisch überbacken und den Dorsch auf Blattspinat , beides mit Bratkartoffeln und Salat angerichtet. Eine gute Wahl."

"If you are on the fishland Darß-Zingst, it should be fish to eat. Gastros with fish there are some, but we also looked for a restaurant which not only offers fish, because the incoming son-in-law, apart from fish sticks, wants nothing from sea and bodden. So I ordered a table in the fish restaurant “Haus Windhook” in Dierhagen three days in advance. This small hotel with restaurant is located a bit away and hidden from the large passageway, directly behind the dike, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea. We used the four-wheeled environmental polluter, and were able to park him in the restaurant's own parking lot. Already at the entrance we were greeted friendly, and then proved that today and the next days the places in the restaurant are unfortunately only available on preorder. So we were allowed to go in, two equally straight-lined families had to move away again. The restaurant extends to the actual guest room Gaststube with a cozy fireplace corner and an annex, which is probably used as a breakfast room. We were placed in cultivation. All places in the restaurant and in the cultivation were filled, even in the beer garden, it was hard-boiled with rainy 15 degrees Celsius, beer garden behind the dike and so we were already asked to understand that the food takes a little longer today, as everything is freshly cooked. The fact that the visitor's tower probably became bigger and bigger was seen in the cultivation at the not completely uniform seating, since then it was repeatedly cut. But this does not do a break, because here too one sat comfortably. Only disturbing for us was that we sat at the door to the beer garden, and this was always open and had pulled it through it. But even the man is, so it was always closed by us. But now for the evening. Nearly 10 minutes after we sat, the boss personally brought the menu and asked for the drinks. So after we looked briefly into the map, my wife ordered a sheet of white wine “Blauschiefer Riesling” from the winery Loersch from the Moselle for €6.90. The girls chose a fruit tea for 3,50 € fruit tea and a kiba for 3,00 €, our male accompaniment wished a cola for 3,80 €. I wanted to drink a local beer, but I found Radeberger Pils on the map. I'm going on a vacation of over 500 km to drink a beer that's brewed 10 km in front of my front door? Nööö.... since there were only Rostocker Dunkel, I chose this for 4.80 €. On the question of why Saxon beer is presented here, and none of the coast, the host told me that the Rostocker “Plörre” does not taste him, Lübzer Pils does not even walk, Stralsunder Pils is too lazy, and disturbing pig Pils is not affordable. I already had better fish soups, but this is whining at a high level. As was announced to be freshly cooked, really table was worked for table. The Seelachsfilet in eggshell with potato corners was a large fillet sea salmon with all-hand egg shell neatly roasted. The potato corners would have liked to stay in the fritös for 30 seconds, but were still ok. The supplemental salad was made from freshly sprinkled carrot, fresh paprika and salad.
