Allerdings und das schreibe ich jedesmal wenn ich eine ähnliche Erfahrung mache, keine Kartenzahlung zu akzeptieren aus welchen Gründen auch immer, ist heute ein No Go. Ich trage keine 100 Hundert EUR Bargeld mit mir rum nur um irgendwo essen zu gehen. Das ist einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Aber es steht wenigstens über all geschrieben und man kann sich vorab entscheiden ob man das akzeptiert. Daher leider keine Wiederholung des Besuchs."

Das Essen war super lecker, sogar meiner Freundin haben die Bratkartoffeln super geschmeckt, obwohl sie diese sonst nicht so gern mag. Der Zander war ein Gedicht, sowie der selbstgemachte Gurkensalat. Der authentische Wirt hat uns mit seiner Art sehr gut gefallen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung. Jederzeit kommen wir gern wieder. Wir waren heute am vorletzten Abend dort essen. Sehr gemütlich, schönes Ambiente. Das Essen war hervorragend!!! Sehr nette Bedienung. Dort bekommt man auch noch ein Glas Wein für 4.90 €. Ein tolles Restaurant und super Gastgeber. Wir sind kurzfristig mit 5 Personen zum Essen gekommen und sind sehr zufrieden wieder gegangen. Das Essen war erstklassig. Sehr lecker! Dee Fisch war super gebraten und sehr gut gewürzt. Auch die Schnitzel und die Bratkartoffeln waren super. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Abend mit gutem Essen Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Kleines aber ansprechendes Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche und sehr freundlichem Personal. Wer wirklich ein sehr gutes Steak, ein saftiges Schnitzel oder leckeren Fisch essen möchte, kommt nicht an diesem wunderbaren Restaurant mit einer ebenfalls sehr freundlichen Chefin vorbei. "our last two days of holiday in dierhagen were on Monday. I've reserved the phone in the local blinker. the menu was not visible here online, so we trusted in positive voice on the net. the positive vote with my phone reservation continued. the man on the phone confirms flott and friendly my reservation request. when we arrived. . Parking is available to the hotel and restaurant guest in front of the house. already the very well maintained outdoor area with park-like garden made a first and very good impression. . arrived at the hotel lobby welcomed us a friendly staff. Reservation and proof of inoculation have been checked quickly. inside took over a standing service worker and accompanied us on the reserved table. beautiful place, attractive covered, comfortable seating. the entire dining room was probably only recently renovated. . convenient distances between tables, reinforced tablecloths and fabric napkins. fresh Dahlias, perhaps from her own garden, brought strong color-upfers into the restaurant room. I liked the ceiling lights that were probably inspired by the amber. the lighting in the restaurant very pleasant. . with better trained rest, initially quite serious and vocabulary, the service owner gave us the cards and asked for first drinks. as usual, we ordered a bottle of mineral water. this was only 0.5 l dose € 4.90 followed later a second bottle. for aperitif we chose both aperol sprizz € 7,50. we stumbled in the thoughtful and unloaded menu. So I ordered a table in the fish restaurant “Haus Windhook” in Dierhagen three days in advance. This small hotel with restaurant is located a bit away and hidden from the large passageway, directly behind the dike, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea. We used the four-wheeled environmental polluter, and were able to park him in the restaurant's own parking lot. Already at the entrance we were greeted friendly, and then proved that today and the next days the places in the restaurant are unfortunately only available on preorder. So we were allowed to go in, two equally straight-lined families had to move away again. The restaurant extends to the actual guest room Gaststube with a cozy fireplace corner and an annex, which is probably used as a breakfast room. We were placed in cultivation. All places in the restaurant and in the cultivation were filled, even in the beer garden, it was hard-boiled with rainy 15 degrees Celsius, beer garden behind the dike and so we were already asked to understand that the food takes a little longer today, as everything is freshly cooked. The fact that the visitor's tower probably became bigger and bigger was seen in the cultivation at the not completely uniform seating, since then it was repeatedly cut. But even the man is, so it was always closed by us. But now for the evening. Nearly 10 minutes after we sat, the boss personally brought the menu and asked for the drinks. So after we looked briefly into the map, my wife ordered a sheet of white wine “Blauschiefer Riesling” from the winery Loersch from the Moselle for €6.90. The girls chose a fruit tea for 3,50 € fruit tea and a kiba for 3,00 €, our male accompaniment wished a cola for 3,80 €. I wanted to drink a local beer, but I found Radeberger Pils on the map. I'm going on a vacation of over 500 km to drink a beer that's brewed 10 km in front of my front door? Nööö.... since there were only Rostocker Dunkel, I chose this for 4.80 €. On the question of why Saxon beer is presented here, and none of the coast, the host told me that the Rostocker “Plörre” does not taste him, Lübzer Pils does not even walk, Stralsunder Pils is too lazy, and disturbing pig Pils is not affordable.
