We landed here by chance while we were passing through and were very pleasantly surprised. An inconspicuous restaurant with super fine, delicious cuisine and unbeatable prices. An insider tip for all connoisseurs. Ver carta

Very clean rooms, although without a hairdryer or shower products on site. Reception extremely friendly. The food was excellent and more than filling. Not à la carte, but with a daily menu, cheese specialties and three multi-course menus. Also recommended for average earners

We were out driving and came into the restaurant at the end of the lunch service. No problem! We chose an unusual dish: perch fillet burger. It was delicious. The fish was crisp, the burger buns were fresh and moist, the chips were too good to resist....We chose a little house white wine and enjoyed a quiet and thoroughly satisfying lunch. The service was attentive, we were the only non-Swiss, it was cosy and the restaurant is now on our list of places to return to when we visit our family in Switzerland. Whitebear83

We had a Sunday lunch in the bistrot section (there is a formal dining room as usual in Swiss Auberge communale) with 2 other tables being occupied. Finding a restaurant opened in these villages on a Sunday is not easy (excepted if they are gastronomic). We had Burger Birolan (Birolan From Bière), Papet Vaudois, Atriaux vigneronne with Rösti (mashed potatoes) and Coffee Gourmand (with several home made pastries). All these dishes are typical of Swiss cuisine. Kitchen was a bit slow but this was for sure because everything was prepared on the spot. We liked what we eat and prices were in line with Swiss crazy prices, may be a liitle bit lower (CHF 150. for four of us, with 6dl Rosé and 2 apér... Ver carta
