"I'm a little mixed up. The staff has been very pleasant we can't blame them for this. However, you should set up a procedure for customers who travel with medical treatments requiring compliance with the cold chain.. On the day of departure we lost a lot of time because our ice breads were not found by the staff. We left the hotel with the ice-breads of another customer, then recalled by phone later to tell us that they were found and proceed to the exchange....Nothing serious but we had a rdv that we almost missed and I did not appreciate the idea of leaving with the materiel of someone else instead of mine, in spite. Despite all the error has been corrected and the young man of the reception is quite his possible despite the lack of information left to him. Regarding the cleaning of the room on 2days it was not made apart from the beds... for 100eur at night we hope at least a little blow in the bathroom and change the dirty floor towel... Same for the shower gel... at this price we will not claim it at the reception when showering... We stayed in a 2-star just before and the room was nickel from one day to another, and our ice bread well labeled to our name for the departure.... We always come back to the same conclusion, it is the small establishments that don't pay for a mine that moves for their customers and to keep their business while the big hotels that will never put the key under the door are content with the minimum for much more expensive, it's a shame!"

Stayed 6 nights here while on a Rail Discoveries trip to the area. A budget hotel, large bedrooms all with a small balcony, beautiful location by the river. Breakfasts are adequate and dinners were good. Staff were excellent. Swimming pool on roof terrace was OK but it's all the same depth so no use to non swimmers under 5'6 . Well stocked bar at reasonable prices. Wold definitely stay here again if in the area. Ver carta
